We have storage on the 3rd floor at their new facility in Sahuarita AZ. Most every time we go to get to our rented room the elevators (they have two) are not working. On site manager trying but not fixed yet. No one at Corporate seem to care. I would suggest only getting a ground floor room or, better yet, go next door to U Haul storage.

We rented two storage units at the Green Valley Arizona location.
Amanda is the manager and the one we dealt with the most. (With that said, everybody we dealt with at this location was wonderful.)
