  Mark H is professional, honest, and gets results, his customer service is more than exceptional, I had a pleasant experience. Thank you Mark. Kelly came out to perform warranty work and inspection, she had amazing energy and was able to educate me through the entire process, great customer service. Thank you Kelly.

  Delivery day !!! Early. Smooth. Teamwork. That is how I would describe this morning. W.D. and The team showed up ready to go. All we had to do was show the final resting spot. Jimmy the Smiley Crane operator was careful and patient. W.D. went over every step of the process Including cleaning and chemicals. He answered questions as we went along. We really appreciate how calm and fluid everything went. THANK YOU !!!

  Kelly did a fantastic job with my spa repair. Great customer service. I am not the best with mechanical things 😞 but she made it easy to understand and got me back using my spa the same day 😁

  WD and Tom did an amazing job setting up our swim spa, and they returned to install the roll cover as well. They were very thorough in explaining how everything works and made sure we felt comfortable with everything before they left. Professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Highly recommend! Very satisfied with Sunset Spas and all the team!
