The team at Lowe’s in Goodyear has provided outstanding customer service, especially while I was planning and building my pool shed.
Manager Javier connected me with the Pro Desk team, who helped with the design, material selection, and all my questions. He also explained Pro Rewards, financing options, and home delivery. Having materials delivered in stages as needed saved me the hassle of renting a truck, and they even arranged pickup of scrap and unused materials.
Manager Nigel was equally helpful and professional with a return. He also held the last available wheelbarrow for me and inflated the tire before pickup—a small detail that showed genuine care.
Most recently, Mario went above and beyond to help my wife find a purple Kobalt toolbox. He took our information, searched for one, and called when it was back in stock and on hold for us.
Employees like Javier, Nigel, and Mario are the reason we choose the Goodyear location. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to help!

Went in today 10/6/26 at 930am and it was clean, well stocked and organized. I found almost everything I needed. The staff there was not friendly or helpful except for one gentleman that actually talked to us without us having to ask for help. We were in the microwave section and 2 male staff members passed by with shopping carts and didn't even say good morning or offered help.

Lowe’s is a decent home improvement store. Seems to have what I need at a fair price. They are starting to clutter isles like Home Depot though. Putting displays in front of merchandise. Narrowing some isles. Will call and car delivery is pretty good, 1 failure out of 50 not bad. It’s my go to store for home improvement.

Manager Matt was so helpful finding me the right patio ceiling fan. He explained the different features and options on each fan. He guided me select proper downrod length and even gave a discount matching the advertised price which is cheaper than on the tag.
Cashier Yolanda was helpful setting up schedule installation of the fans.
The two exemplified excellent customer service.

Lowe’s partnership with Flock is not something that supports customer satisfaction, in my opinion. I am not comfortable with Flock surveillance cameras being used in the parking lot ( I understand there could be multiple positives of this decision, but I promise you it’s not worth the surveillance; even if the argument is, if you’re not doing anything wrong, then what’s the issue? ) and because of this, I will not be revisiting this location; or any Lowe’s location if this is standard practice across their parking lots.
In addition, when I asked to speak with a supervisor at this location, I was simply directed to call the Lowe’s number posted on the wall under a sign stating, “If you have any issue, let us know!” However, calling that number only directed me to an overseas customer support center.
Overall, I was disappointed both by the use of Flock surveillance technology and by the lack of a meaningful way to raise my concern with management.
Frequently Asked Questions About Lowe's Home Improvement

How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?
Visit the customer service desk in store to apply for a tax-exempt account.
It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
