  We had a great experience working with Ryan Woods at La-Z-Boy while picking out new furniture for our home. Ryan was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. He helped guide us through different options without ever making us feel pressured, and his recommendations were extremely helpful. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable thanks to his excellent customer service. We’re very happy with our furniture and would absolutely recommend asking for Ryan if you shop at La-Z-Boy!

  Shay was so helpful and insightful on all the recliner options. She helped us pick out the best recliner for our needs and went above and beyond to help me find my phone that was lost!

  Rosa at the Goodyear store was such a joy to deal with. She informed us that we could not order furniture from her store to be delivered to our home in Wisconsin for the summer. But, she still took the time to go over in great detail the options and pricing for the set we were looking at. She even took the time to see if our set was available at the store by calling them. Keep in mind she was not making any commission on this also. She did make a sale for her company though just in another state!! Thanks for all your help Rosa !!

  Third purchase at this location. Two Beautiful Lazy Boy Recliners. Shay was Fantastic to Deal with. Professional, Great Product Knowledge, Can’t wait to see them setting in our Leaving Room😊 I Highly Recommend this Location. 😎

  My husband and I went into LayZBoy last Saturday. We were just starting to look at new furniture, but had already been to the typical places - AFW, Ashleys & Bob's. After walking in, Rosa met us at the door. She let us wander without being overbearing. Checked in often and answered any questions that we had. We started talking more and I instantly felt at home with her. Rosa listens to truly understand your needs, not just to respond. After finding a couple of options, but not sure on the size needed- Rosa & Designer, Mary, met us at our house. The in-house consultation helped even more and really just made us feel like you had friends working with you- not just salespeople. We decided what we wanted and went back into the store on Monday. Of course, by that time, I had already changed my mind after spending some time on the website. Rosa worked with me more and we got the perfect sectional for our home- with everything we wanted: correct size, fabric, power charging, and even lumbar support. Cannot wait to get this unit into the house and start relaxing on it. I will be sending everyone I know to Rosa & Mary! Highly recommend you ask for them.
