  I guess you're SOL when living in apartments and not getting to decide who is used for fumigation. The tech who showed up was very rude and impatient earlier today. He was clearly having a bad day however leave that at home.

  I have known Bob and the Wagner Family for many, many years. I cannot tell you how happy we are to back with them!! Our entire portfolio just signed on. We had a beehive eradicated the same day. No one compares!!! Thank you Team Wagner.

  Wagner Pest Solutions is different and far superior than others out there. They ask questions, look for and address specific causes instead of just laying down chemicals zombie style. Excellent techs like Domanic delivery top notch customer outcomes. Trust me, I’ve tried the rest. Wagner is best in Phoenix!

  I live in an apartment in NPHX and had mandatory spraying/inspecting today. yesterday, i called and the lady on the phone was more than happy to help me to let me know more of an exact time they would be coming by, even calling me back when she didn’t have an answer right away. the man came today and was very kind and answered all of my questions. i hate hate hate pest control because it’s so bad for our health, but the customer service was fabulous!

  I was told by my apartment complex to clean out cabinets, drawers, countertops etc. If not, I would be charged $175 and receive a 10 day lease violation for non compliance. I was told this was a new company and they were exterminating the whole building for roaches. I keep a pretty clean apartment but sometimes when tenants move out, roaches scatter. I spent the whole day doing EVERYTHING I was instructed to do only to see the service person on my camera in and out in exactly 2 minutes!! I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and there is no way he serviced every room. Even if it was just a fog treatment which takes approximately 6 to 10 minutes from what I read. He may have only had time enough to fill out the small piece of paper left on the counter. I guess in fairness I’ll have to wait and see what happens.
