Came in for a new pool pump and brought the old one in. Right off the bat, one of the guys said, “You could’ve taken the wires off before bringing it in.” I told him, “Had I known I was gonna be given a shitty attitude, I would have.” In all my years of coming here, they’ve never told me not to. That’s how they test the pumps. I noticed they were eating, so I said I could come back later, but they insisted on helping me. I wouldn’t really call it help. Before even asking if I wanted to repair or replace it, they started telling me it was an old pump, they might not have parts, and I could probably get the parts cheaper somewhere else. I told them I didn’t want to repair it. I wanted a new one. Instead of telling me whether they had any pumps, they told me I could get one cheaper at Perry’s. Sorry, Bobby, but whoever you have running the place while you’re away is sending your customers somewhere else.

I would not recommend going here. They were not helpful by any means. I went in for stabilizer and all they wanted to tell me is to get my pool checked. Very unprofessional and the gentlemen there had an attitude and not the first time. I would try Shasta or Leslie pool store going forward.

I had been looking everywhere for a replacement plate for my pool pump after I accidentally messed mine up. I ended up going to Pool Supply Warehouse, and Josh, the store manager, really came through for me. He took the time to help me find the exact one I needed when I was having a hard time finding it anywhere else. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort Josh put into helping me out. It’s great to know there are still people who care about helping their customers. Thank you so much, Josh, and Pool Supply Warehouse! I really appreciate you guys. You definitely earned my 5-star
