She took the time to get to know us, was true and honest during the whole conversation, and made the experience the most fun experience ever! When we make any changes or additions to our purchase we will for sure come back to this location and talk with Sam again! Lovesac, if you need anyone to teach and/or coach hospitality...I am going to recommend Sam! She is exactly who you will want and the image of true and honest hospitality! Sam doesn't have customers, she has best friends! It is because of her went decided to spend the extra money on your product!
