My storage unit was broken into after 3 weeks on-site. No alarm, no notification; days later maintenance said something was awry. The lock was intact; the thieves simply bent the door and opened the unit.

Mike provided outstanding customer service from start to finish! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and so helpful throughout the entire process. Every time we saw him, he would ask if we needed anything and made sure we were doing okay. While we were loading our belongings, he even offered us cold water, which was such a thoughtful gesture, especially in the heat. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. The facility is in great condition and everything was well organized, and Mike’s kindness made the experience even better. I highly recommend this storage facility, and if you get the chance to work with Mike, you’ll be in great hands!

Mike was amazing to work with! He made the whole storage rental process quick, easy, and stress-free.
