The manager Zoe has help my wife and I several times with our storage. My wife constantly sings her praise's and is always in a good mood after stopping by the office. The customer service alone makes Extra Space worth storing with. Zoe is always on top of keeping the place looking clean. When our promotion ended Zoe help us switch to a diffrent size storage and we were actually able to save more money with a better AC storage on the property.
They could not have picked a better manager!

I have to share a review on my recent experience with Extra Space Storage on 59th Ave and Thunderbird . I realized I had misplaced the only key to my storage shed. It must of gotten lost in a recent hectic move my family just made. I went to the front desk and told Zoe “I don’t think I am the only person to ask what can be done about a lost storage key. Zoe reassured me I was not the first person who asked that question, and she shared what can be done once I showed ID and signed a doc that the unit was mine.
Zoe was very kind, very professional, and quick & ready to help me solve my issue, … and within 10 minutes I was able to get back into my storage unit.
Thank you Zoe & Extra Space Storage for the quick action resolving this issue for me, especially after the stress of a hectic move.
