- MCMatthew CosmeApr 18, 20265.0I haven't had any real issues with this storage facility, the area around is safe, the units themselves are kept up on and clean. I've been using this place for a little more than a year at this point. The only thing I will point out (and it's my own fault for not seeing the fine print) is that the online rates do NOT stay in place and they will eventually go up. However, the staff does have your back though. I called today after seeing my rate go from $85 to $159. Luckily, I don't have to pay that amount. Scott was a wonderful help in setting up a move-out day and informed me that no fees would incur, all while staying professional and friendly. If any new online deals pop up for this place, I'll probably come back.
