This is not my normal Lowe’s location, but I stopped by because they were supposed to have this specific A/C unit in stock. I couldn’t find the product where the website listed it, so Tyler helped me out immensely. He and Kiernan were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to get the product for me. Thank you guys, I’ll probably start shopping at this location instead!

This weekend I got 9 sheets of finished plywood cut for shelving units almost $500 with of plywood, had the 4 x 8 sheets cut into 2’ x 4’ sections yo go in shelving units. The saw they used was off square by a 1/2 inch, when I got home NONE of them fit in the shelves . The best part is on the last plywood cut the Lowe’s helper said “ I don’t think this saw is cutting square” …. Just called. To talk to manager , they are not going to help me out in anyway . I have had this EXACT SAME THING DONE AT HOME DEPOT AND THEY FIT PERFECTLY!! They have lost a great customer for life .

Garden center closed at 4pm when posted hours are till 6pm. 3 people there watering but can't check you out. You have to get what you need and walk back thru the store to check out

I’ve been a Lowe’s Pro member and loyal customer for many years, and I can honestly say this was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Lowe’s!
Manager Kiernan went absolutely above and beyond while helping me purchase a lawn mower. Even though she was busy operating a forklift and moving inventory on the sales floor, she never made me feel like I was interrupting her. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me choose the right mower, and made sure I left completely satisfied. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to her customers are truly outstanding.
Linda was equally amazing! She took the time to explain all the benefits of my Pro membership and made sure I understood the discounts and savings available to me. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me get the most value from my purchase.
