I have been doing DYI projects on my home for over 2mo now and occasionally find prices lower at lowes so I have shopped both home depot and this lowes. Unfortunately the associates are less then ready to help and are more annoyed at even bothered I ask questions. I bought quikrete recently and asked the guy behind the counter what the difference was between the sack and the bucket; as the price was significantly different! He readily answered "bucket is ready to use, already mixed". So I bought the bucket for convenience. All lies. They're EXACTLY the same just packaged differently. At home depot, with the dozens of visits I've had, EVERY associate has taken the time to actually help me get my answers and are never annoyed!! I am willing to pay the price difference between the 2 stores just for the experience. Skip lowes. Stick with home depot. I like doing my DYI projects and friendly associates make a difference

I had a great experience at Lowe's. The store was very clean, organized, and easy to shop in. Everything was well stocked and easy to find.
I also want to thank Assistant Store Manager Jared for all of his help and support. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Great customer service like his is the reason I'll be coming back. Thanks, Jared!

I just went in and received THE BEST customer service from the sweetest lady named Mary. Not only did she greet me with a smile, but then she went to offer help when she saw me looking lost (because I was.) She not only helped me find the item I was looking for that was on clearance, she also helped me check the item because the box was in crazy bad condition and she also taped the box back up! She was SO friendly, helpful and I’m so appreciative!

The most incompetent customer service desk I’ve ever been to, at any store, in my entire life, and it’s not even close. Anytime I have to return something, there are 4 or 5 workers “attempting” to help 1 person. Most of the time, I overhear the conversations, and they can’t figure out what’s going on. This isn’t a single occurrence either. It’s now happened like 4 different times. On top of that, the 4 people standing around literally not doing anything aren’t monitoring the curbside orders. There have been 3 separate times where I’ve had to go into the store myself. One time, I placed an order for 3 items first thing in the morning, I needed them that afternoon. When I pulled up, the order still wasn’t ready. So I personally went and got all 3 items, which took less than 5 minutes, and brought them to customer service. This was during yet another situation where 4 people were attempting to help 1 customer. When I finally got to the counter, the employee told me I’d have to wait until a worker went and got the items or they’d have to cancel my order and go to the check out lane. Like, man… they’re literally in my hands. 🤣🤣
