- GTGregg TSep 25, 20261.0I spent $15,000 in this Lazy Boy store on custom made furniture & accessories. After the fact, discovered high-pressure sales, they over promise and under deliver. Spoke with Sonya the store manager for resolution and all I got was more arguing without resolution. I cannot recommend this Lazy Boy in Gilbert to anyone and I certainly won’t be going back.
- GWGail WilcoxSep 24, 20265.0Lisa was so great!!! We purchased a Sofa, Loveseat and Recliner. She was very knowledgeable was very helpful. She took her time and showed us multiple choices.
- THTerrie HubbleSep 8, 20265.0Kurt was so helpful without putting any pressure on us. We did purchase four recliners. We did take a long time to decide, but he was so patient and answered all our questions.
- JDJuanita DaileyAug 17, 20265.0I don’t have pictures of my purchases, it will take about 4 weeks. But the customer service I received from Dakota and Christain was so awesome! They have a lot of patients for picky and indecisive. Customers like me, Thank You, Dakota, and Christain for all your help. I know I’m gonna love my new furniture.!
