We did and luckily Addison was our sales representative. She was very helpful with lots of suggestions always available. Answered any text or phone calls that we had. She worked really well with her in store designer Breanna. Addison even called us to make us aware of another sale coming up at Lazy boy as she knew that we were looking for some additional pieces. Great service from Addison. Great follow up and follow through very happy with her suggestions and help!

Katie was our sales lady and she was wonderful really took the time to understand him and my wife’s a little hard of hearing, so Katie was very patient. I highly recommend La-Z-Boy for furniture.
