- TTtractorfactor4 days ago5.0Very positive experience working with Sales staff and delivery personnel, everything was handled professionally. We bought a lovely suite of living room furniture including two large paintings, custom couch pillows, end table, table lamp and floor lamp, rug, and of course a rocking recliner. Our Sales associate and her in-store expert came to our home and we all collaborated to ensure the colors, textures, sizes and styles came together beautifully. Thank you!

What I don’t like, and will cause future hesitation for us is that they make you pay in full before they will deliver putting all the leverage in their hands. If you have an issue with quality they have all your money so beware. Now…delivery was good, we had no issues, but it left a bad taste. Especially because they contract drivers. The delivery drivers were excellent and kept ask of we were satisfied. This is why the rating is a 4 not 5! Sales and design was excellent and they were patient. For large purchases, just know they have 30% off sales at times so wait! Luckily they matched ours!

The manual recliners felt Janky, and binding… not smooth like the lazy boys of yesteryear. Read the nightmarish reviews on yelp of people trying to get service work under the “ lifetime warranty” that is touted. Went to AFW, got a superior recliner at a fraction of the cost.
