He was extremely unprofessional and unresponsive; at one point, he stayed on the phone and ignored me without answering my questions. Furthermore, their pricing is completely inconsistent—they raise rates with no rhyme or reason. In just one year, my rent went from $250 to almost $400. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I would not recommend this facility if you value professional service, fair pricing, and clear communication.
