Dominique was so excellent. She did everything possible to get me all setup with the spot I needed for my rig. She worked around my schedule and needs. She never complained but did everything possible to give me the professional service I needed. 1) Bird netting or some mitigation to keep birds from roosting and pooping on our vehicle would be nice. It’s really bad in the spot we’re in. :(
2) Office personnel are very friendly and helpful when we go into the office with questions or concerns.
3) Our frustration with their business model is when the introductory rate ends and a large increase after that period is over, crazy like 40% or so. The office personnel did negotiate with corporate our request in finding a rate somewhere in the middle so that was helpful, and something to be aware of.
4) Overall, we’re currently satisfied with Extra Space.
