Daryl was fantastic! All the carts were missing and he managed to grab 2 for us so we didn’t have to haul everything in individually haha he has such a great spirit! We love all the employees here always so helpful :)

I rented the unit for only 10–11 days and never moved a single item into it. I paid $207.11 upfront, and when my plans changed, I completed the move-out process and asked the manager if there was anything he could do regarding a partial refund. I was told that because I was past the 10-day cutoff, nothing could be refunded.
I understand that Extra Space has policies and that certain fees may be nonrefundable, but I was disappointed that there was no willingness to work with me at all. Considering the unit was never actually used and I was only barely outside the cutoff, even a prorated or partial refund of the rent would have made a huge difference in my experience.
Good customer service sometimes means looking at the individual circumstances rather than simply saying there is nothing that can be done. I left feeling like keeping the entire $207 was more important than keeping a customer.

Originally intended of renting 1 Unit and then decided to rent 2 additional Units. Daryl was the recently appointed Manager to this Location. I encountered issues on Day 2 going there with the Elevator not working at all. Got a hold of Daryl and he was on it right away. I have to say that I was pleased with Daryl's attention to details on making my overall experience of moving in rather seamless. Thanks again. It was much Appreciated
