This company continually raises rates until it is unfordable to leave your stuff in there. While I was gone for two years in a different state, I received an increase every six or seven months until it was almost $200 a month. They originally got me in there around $45 a month, but that changed drastically from a quality standpoint. The unit is great and I was happy.
