- SSsuzanne sexton3 days ago1.0Terrible experience with cashier 789284! I brought my purchases up to her station and told her I had a 20% off birthday coupon to use. I tried to bring it up on my phone and even showed her the link but it wouldn’t bring up the coupon. Instead of offering to help or get a manager to help me, she simply said she couldn’t do anything and basically told me to go outside and figure it out. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Customers should never be treated like that. I ended up running into a manager on my way back into the store and told him and he said he could give me the 20% off. I asked her why she just didn’t get management in the first place and she said because I didn’t ask. If you really want to get good customer service, you should call the manager and see if they could come and assist. She clearly knew he could and just didn’t care and didn’t want to help us. Shame on you! 5-17-26

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
