I was looking for something specific towards closing time, knowing it was closing soon i was being mindful and quick with my search. I ended up being last customer and because of that was rudely asked to leave and check out before closing time… According to your policy Last Entry & Transactions: Stores strictly lock their doors at the designated closing time. Customers already inside are typically given a 10-to-15 minute grace period to finalize their purchases at the registers.. So because I was last customer and everyone wanted to go home I was mistreated. That’s not how you treat loyal customers or how customer service works

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
