  Thank u for the great person who worked at the desk back in pick up. I needed a piece for electric recliner with phone charger on. The associate went to find and see if could find and and it was no longer carried. Associate went up stairs to see if was any there and there was. Thank u August 31 2026. Thank u for the great effort put into helping me. I am sorry can't remember name. Renee

  My sales rep, Hans, was very informative without being pushy. I will look for him next time I shop. Delivery was as scheduled. I was kept well informed. Sofa and mattress were efficiently brought in, with the team using well established communication to navigate around walls, thermostat and lighting fixtures. Very impressive, courteous. Highly recommend.

  Edit: I emailed randc@afwonline.com per your reply last week but have not received a response. Spent over $5k the last few months here. This last time we got a mattress with a frame and the sales rep said we needed a mattress foundation to lift this one up. So we got the suggested foundation (though it wasnt on display) and only after it was delivered did we see it raises the bed so high you'd need to be 7-8 feet tall otherwise you'll feel like an infant getting in your parents bed. Called customer service to do a return on the foundation since this mattress and frame are not compatible with the foundation and was told I could pay a fee to do an exchange and refuse the new foundation. I just want to return the foundation since the associate insisted it was needed, though it isn't compatible unless your 7 feet tall or more. We are between 5 and 6 feet.

  We have bought many things from AFW in the last several years, but were very disappointed in the couch we recently bought for my son’s apartment. Within a few days the place where my 160 pound son sat looked like the picture. The cushion can be turned over but looks the same within a day. There is clearly no support in the couch materials and it looks terrible. I would definitely think twice before buying anything from AFW again.
