  I never do reviews but for this I just had to. If I could give this gentleman negative stats I would! He has been to our house a number of times with in the last 3 months and can’t figure out what is wrong with our washer!! He has been paid so much money it’s ridiculous!! Having kids and not having a washer is very inconvenient. He ordered parts and changed them but nothing seems to be the fix. He was extremely rude to my little sister when he went to the house. He yelled at her “it’s not broken, there is nothing to fix”. He ignored my calls never returned them at the end he would not give me any updates. I have text showing him the problem and he never has answered. He also was supposed to come to our house when a snowed the day before a bit. And he yelled at me on the phone saying he could go no where because of the roads. I told him the roads are clear. My advice is to save your money and use a different company. Horrible horrible customer service.

  Russ is almost completely unresponsive to phone calls. When I finally got a hold of him and very politely tried to address this problem, he interrupted me, told me to find someone else to do our repair, and hung up on me. He then wouldn't answer my phone calls from that point forward. He seems incompetent, disorganized, and very poor at communicating. I strongly recommend you do what it takes to find another appliance repair person.

  Excellent service! Russ was at the house shortly after I called. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. All around excellent. Highly recommended.
