Every time I’ve needed furniture, the staff has been helpful with finding something that works for me, my home, and my budget. They’ve also worked with me on payment plans when I needed a little flexibility, and I truly appreciate that. Nobody’s perfect, but when I see people saying they’ve had nothing but terrible experiences, I can only speak from MY experience—and Aaron’s has consistently treated me well. 🙌🏽 And yes, I would absolutely purchase from Aaron’s again! If I wasn’t happy, I wouldn’t keep coming back for almost 3 years! 😂💁🏽♀️ Keep doing what y’all are doing, Aaron’s! Some of us appreciate you! ❤️✨

She laughs at your financial hardship. Saying it’s not her concern or their problem! I never said it was! But a little compassion and understanding goes a long way. Now it’s our mission to rip this company to shreds based on how we are being treated. I wrote a lengthy letter to the BBB and left a one star review on there. You will loose business so fast based on her disgusting behavior and the way she treats people.

They talk over you they interrupt you you call them try to sort out a payment plan they don’t wanna do that. They want full amount of what’s past due. They are completely unreasonable and super disrespectful. Biggest mistake of my life was trying to rent to own some furniture I guess is what you could say. This company is really bad. Management sucks. Customer service representative suck. Big mistake ever signing a lease agreement with this shitty company.
- JAJason ArmstrongJun 10, 20261.0My payment went up suddenly was quoted a dollar amount and charged a different amount fell in to financial hardship and wasnt even a month late and they suddenly appear at my home almost daily was never offered the easy pay and they never offered to work with me .paid cash payment not to sur that payment was ever applied because now they are saying im 2 months behind you may live som place else not saying they are all bad but my store has no customer service skills are rude and have now threatened me with criminal theft . Never have we ever been able to actually enjoy the furniture . It's too bad Thank you

It’s a system problem that you are refusing to fix, therefore punishing potential customers. Oh well, looks like it just earned you another 1 star bad review and a review from me on the better Bureau business website as well. Also check your customer service agents acting like they’re better than everybody else because people are wanting to go through them to rent some furniture out. You’re not working for the Secret Service. You’re working for a damn furniture store.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
