I have to give one star so I can leave a review but that's a stretch. New carpet installed in March. There was a seam visible. After two repairs, the seam is still visible. Management at Lowe's tells me this is within the industry standard. I told her that I didn't pay to have a seam visible in my carpet. She said if I wanted it replaced I'd have to pay for it again. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction? I'll never buy carpet at Lowe's again.

My homes AC went out so I purchased some portable air conditioners from Lowe's at Chandler boulevard and the 101, I was fortunate enough to be helped by Mike, Tim, and Brian, these 3 gentlemen went above and beyond to assist me and make sure that I would be successful installing the portable air conditioners.
I work in customer service as well and I know that going the extra mile for someone can really make a difference, and it should just be the norm, unfortunately that isn't always the case, but it sure was today! Thank you gentlemen for going above and beyond for me, you all definitely score 10 in my book!

How hard is it for your cashiers to email a receipt when requested. Today was the third time in recent history that I specifically asked the cashier at the onset of my purchase to email the receipt. As with other purchases that this has happened, she immediately hit the print option, and of course there is no way after the purchase is complete to get the receipt emailed. WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO DO???? I need email receipts for record keeping. Your inability to follow a simple request makes it almost impossible to keep track of my purchases.
I shop here for the convenience as it is close to my needs. But I am seriously considering making all my purchases at the Orange Store as they seem to be able to follow through with customer requests.
