We purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Lowe's on Chandler Boulevard in Arizona and had it delivered to our home two days later. After it was delivered and installed, we discovered that the freezer was not working.
I went online to search for solutions and followed the troubleshooting instructions. I tried one method after another, but nothing worked. I also spoke with a technician and followed additional recommendations, but the freezer still would not function. After spending about six hours trying to resolve the problem, I finally gave up.
The next morning, at around 7:00 a.m., I went to Lowe's customer service and explained the situation. We agreed that the refrigerator should be exchanged for a different one.
Because the salesperson I preferred would not be in the store until 1:00 p.m., my husband and I returned to Lowe's at about 2:00 p.m. Unfortunately, he was not there. We then spoke with the appliance department manager, who assigned another salesperson to assist us. We found a refrigerator that I liked, but it was a clearance item and therefore not eligible for delivery.
Since Lowe's was already scheduled to come to our home the following day to pick up the defective refrigerator, we asked whether they could make an exception and deliver the replacement refrigerator during the same trip so that we would not have to throw away the food that required refrigeration. However, the appliance manager insisted that the clearance refrigerator could not be delivered and refused to make an exception.
In my opinion, rules should generally be followed, but there are times when reasonable exceptions should be considered. In our case, we had the misfortune of receiving a brand-new Samsung refrigerator that was defective upon delivery. We were willing to purchase another refrigerator from Lowe's, and since the company already had to send a truck to our home to retrieve the faulty unit, delivering the replacement refrigerator on the same trip seemed like a practical and customer-friendly solution.
Because Lowe's refused to accommodate our request, we canceled the purchase and went to Home Depot instead, where we purchased another refrigerator.
In my view, this level of customer service was disappointing and unacceptable. As a result of this experience, I do not plan to shop at Lowe's again.

I’ll never purchase from this place again, went 2 days ago, in the morning, got 4, 12’ 4x4 wood pieces, they told me they’ll deliver it to my home, waited all day the first day, waited all day the second day, on the third day i called, they told me they were loading it on the truck ( on the third day)🤨, such incompetence i can’t stand. This is the last time i purchase anything from Lowe’s🤨

Be aware that they've installed Flock cameras in the parking lot. Avoid at all costs if you don't want your face and car fed into their AI for who knows what. These cameras have already led to a number of false hits, mistaken identities, and wrongful detentions.
