Me on the other hand, kept finding Clearance sections and couldn't help myself! Fall and Winter decorations on sale were hard to say no to and gave me future ideas of what I needed from here for other special occasions. Great store. Very clean. Friendly staff! A must go just to walk around and get the ambiance of the holidays and ideas.

Let me preface this by saying that as I read other comments- I see this leadership person has evidently been allowed to continue acting hateful and unprofessional for a while now. She is the same one in the photos others have posted. Our experience: Our church is doing a large redecorating, and me and one of our fellow members came to this location to make a very large purchase for that project. We didn't realize this location closes at 8- I am from Texas and the locations there close at 9. So they began to flicker the lights, which we thought was an issue with the lights. Completely our fault for not looking. However, the person in which I assume is manager was absolutely rude to us. I apologized to her and she made a snarky face at me And just said "hmmm" and nodded. Again, totally our faults for not catching the hint of the lights being flickered. With that said, when we got out, one of our teen daughters realized she'd left her phone. Mind you, we don't live close. So the girls knocked on the front door and the lady visibly was upset they did. Rolling her eyes. Snarky. She was upset she had to go to the office to get it. It was turned in while we were there, but when she handed it back to my 13 year old, she smarted off that it wasn't left in the buggy, it was left in the yarn. When the girls got back in the car, (we were parked right in front of the door), the manager visibly started staring us down and leaning over to another employee making sure we knew they were discussing us. Our large budget will be spent elsewhere for sure. I have shopped with Hobby Lobby for many years and have NEVER seen such rude and unprofessional behavior from this company. My teen was very upset that a grown woman would act so ugly to her, and to be honest, I was astonished. Yes, we didn't realize they were closed. Yes it took a minute to get all of us, including a 19 month old out of the store. But that was no reason to act so hateful and snotty. I am floored that Hobby Lobby would have this kind of leadership working for their Christian establishment. Do better Hobby Lobby.
