  If I could give -100 stars I would. I booked my unit a week before I actually needed. Then when I needed it, I called and asked if there is anything I need to do beforehand or do I need to check in with anyone there before because I would be coming over the weekend. They said no go straight to your unit. I get there at 7am with a MOVING COMPANY that I am paying by the hour to help me. There is a lock on my unit and no direction on how to unlock or the combo. I called the office 5 times, no one answered. I WAITED UNTIL 9AM WITH MY MOVING COMPANY FOR THEM TO OPEN and NO ONE SHOWED UP. I had to go somewhere last minute and book whatever was available. I have been contacting them nearly every day since June 27 for a refund and cancellation. The only response I get is, you will get an email in 24 hours because we need approval. It is now July 10 and I still have not received anything from them. I have been non stop emailing calling leaving inquiries through the website and no one is answering. This place is the biggest scam. I rather pay the extra money at a different location that actually have employees on site during their ACTUALLY WORK HOURS and that actually answer their phones and emails. STAY AWAY.

  I've been with them for several years, I was satisfied with the Original Company. Under this new Management/Company, I'm even more satisfied. Recently while rummaging thru and reorganizing my storage, I witnessed the on-site manager(I forget his name but he is Friendly, Informative, Professional and keeps it clean )doing testing on the smoke alarm system across the whole facility. Usually there are small hiccups or possible growing pains involved with new companies, but this has been thus far a Great experience, I am more then satisfied with this new company and management. Despite the area being in a low income demographically, I personally have had no problems with nor experienced anything negative effects due to this, and quite the contrary have had nothing but A Great and Above Satisfactory experience.   This storage facility is clean and well-maintained. I never had a problem here. The staff who operates the facility was very responsive and professional to my email correspondence. It’s a gem and I highly recommend it.
