- DMDerek Mark3 days ago1.0NO clue how it makes sense to charge a 3+ year renter $160 for a 5X10 to force him to move out so you can rent the unit for $82..... but that's their policy, so don't expect to stay more than a year without them raising your rent through the absolute roof. I Also rented here since before Extra Space took over this facility and the level how much they care about customers dropped through the floor after they bought it. They took away all the carts from the inside facility, made it all online with limited staff, and no more garbage cans or dumpsters anywhere. I've rented storage units all over PHX and by far this was my worst experience and most expensive.

Christian was most helpful showing us 2 units and comparing prices. We met the manager, Dominique who actually lives on the property and made us feel so "at home". Everything about the place seems very secure and safe, yet easy to access. I think what impressed us the most was the very friendly service and almost "family" atmosphere of the place. Plus the price was right - senior discount and all.
