Norissa at Extra Space was really helpful and showed me various units fitting my needs. Very flexible on future plans whether I need more time or less. Easy process and nice facility. It has hours so no one can enter during late night hours which is added security.

The facility & the staff were excellent.
We only had an uncovered parking spot for a trailer. The issue I have and debated rating with a three is the Extra Space Storage 'corporate greed' with their entice you with a low introductory rate and then just continue to increase periodically based on 'current market conditions'. Within two years our rate essentially tripled and while you can request an adjustment, they may make a temporary adjustment but just then continue to increase. Seems that keeping long term rentals for a reasonable and maybe fixed rate is not a focus. *Other large storage companies are the same so not necessarily specific to ESS.
