If you want to be completely ignored in the garden department, make sure you go when Luana is there. She walks around in biker shorts and rubber shoes and apparently her face will crack if she smiles or greets any customers. On the plus side, there was a very friendly young man cashiering, unfortunately he was on break when I went back to pay, so I did not catch his name.

Keller Interiors is Absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not have Lowes install any flooring, tile or backsplashes as they use this awful company. This company was contracted to install my backsplash through Lowes. The guy that installed the backsplash did such a shitty job that I had to ask him at least 4-5 times to correct his sloppy work. He left grout all over my cabinets, my floor & all throughout my house. He left scraps in my yard, left my hose stretched across my lawn covered in grout & left on. Then on top of it, there was extra materials, tiles that he took with him. I called letting them know that & that I wanted them back. Jaime was so RUDE & was to call me to discuss but never heard from him & all he could say was I already addressed this problem, which HE DID NOT. They stole from me & did an awful job. Now I am having another company to come & fix their mess & re-install. I WOULD NO WAY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BASED IN TEMPE, AZ! In addition the entire project from start to finish with Lowes was an absolute disaster. I was really hoping that once installed I would forget about all the mishaps by Lowes but unfortunately it did not work out that way. I then get a call today from Shonda in the Installation Dept who pretty much said too bad, we are not doing anything more to help you are resolve this issue. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LOWES AGAIN. HELLO HOME DEPOT!

Eve was incredibly nice and patient to me and my mother while we were looking for supplies for our project. she helped us around the store with everything that we needed, and had an answer for every question we had. her attitude was amazing and that's something fairly uncommon these days. Probably had the worst experience with upper management. Had an electric appliance that is under 30 day return policy, and manager said this particular appliance was now a 48 hour window.
During my conversation I asked to clarify what distinguished the two and he left me alone talking by myself (was reading the policy).
Despite the change of policy (which we were never told at time of purchase) the management was incredibly rude. Matt was the manager that treated us poorly, not sure if it was because my wife and I are Hispanic. Could be a racial preference, sucks it happened at the Lowe’s we frequently buy at.
