I bought $2,000 of kitchen cabinets with two week delivery. A week later I received an email telling me 2 month delivery. These were off-the-shelf cabinets. I cancelled the order immediately after their notification. The I had to fight with them for over a month to get my refund.

Ordered a birdbath showing 5 in store and some topsoil for curbside pick up. I was told I was fourth in line, my order should be ready in an hour. Customer service rep who told me this was a bit rude. By the next day, no notifications, the app said it was processing. I called again. They told me my order was ready, but there was no top to the birdbath that would have to be ordered. That was unacceptable at the time so I canceled the order.
Had a similar problem with Lowes in Wasilla with a refrigerator order.
We’re in the market for a new refrigerator and chest freezer in the next couple of weeks. We’ve decided to buy them from another vendor. We just can’t trust Lowes any longer.

The employees are really helpful and friendly and there store is laid out really well. We got paint and the girl was really helpful in explaining the difference between them and helping us pick out the right one. We used self checkout and it was easy and quick.
