  I purchased 14 plants from Lowe’s nursery on May 13, 2026. I tried to return two Lantana’s today June 28, 2026 that died and was told they no longer honor their one year return policy. I have purchased hundreds if not thousands of plants from Lowe’s over the last 20 to 25 years and have had many die within one year and have never thought to return any. This time because two died so quickly I did want to do a return or exchange. Both plants died well within one month, but I tried to nurse them back and had I known their policy changed I would have taken them back right away. My daughter went in today with a two dead plants in original pots, original receipt to be told they’re not going to honor the return and on top of it the two ladies at the return counter were extremely rude & unprofessional. I called and talked to a manager, Andrew, who was unsympathetic and told me I’m out of luck. They changed their policy and he didn’t care that my plants died and he was sorry to hear we would not be shopping with them any longer. BUYER BEWARE .. We will not be purchasing plants or anything else from Lowe’s again.

  Highly disappointed at Carefree Lowe's store. We came to the store to buy washer and dryer. A guy at the appliances department appeared to be not knowledgeable about their products nor friendly, but arrogant and dishonest. I tried contacting a store manager but the sales guy said I am a store manager which was obviously not true. This store has very poor customer service.

  Its kinda just the blue version of Home Depot. Mean staff though.

  Tanner in appliances was knowledgeable, friendly, and ultimately won our sale. He was a great brand ambassador overall human.

  I just had a horrible experience at this Lowe's The people here were so rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable so much so that I would have went to Home Depot had it not been too late for me to get there before they closed. I will never come to this store ever again. The employees here treated me so poorly following me relentlessly throughout the entire store pressuring me to make a quick selection and be gone. They were treating me as if I were about to run out the door with unpaid for merchandise or sneak something into my pocket. I get treated this way pretty often and am used to this sort of attitude towards me but this was unbelievable. They were trying to act like they were just being helpful but it was obvious that's not what it was I was probably one of the only people in the store with no shortage of employees they could have kept their eyes on me from their respectable distance but no they insisted on following me around and even joked about it to each other while they persistently stalked me through the store they kept asking me what can they help me find what do I need how much of it do I need they were just so pushy and it was so obnoxious that it was the opposite of helpful I was having to speed walk as fast as I could to get away from them and they still didn't give up I did indeed need help but sought out other employees hoping for some polite assistance but I was met with the same disrespectful attitudes from literally all the other employees in the entire store. I only needed a few simple things some sandbags some wooden planks and some garden soil I even entered the store with nothing more than my cell phone and my wallet and they treated me like I was a lowlife derelict thief trying to evade them to stuff something in my purse. I could not believe how rude these people were. They were pretending to be helpful yet they did not help me load the bags of sand onto my cart or into my car they told me to go to one aisle and then told me to go to another aisle on the complete opposite side of the store while pushing a heavy cart as fast as I can to try to get away from them I'm sure they thought that was really funny. I'm appalled at their lack of customer service skills I'm a paying customer damn it and I deserve as much respect as all of the other customers. People like that are despicable thinking that they're better than me I'm a hard-working member of society trying to get the materials I need to do a job so that I can make money to take care of my family and I think it's funny harassing me like this and making me feel so uncomfortable I almost left without the materials I need. The Lord sees you he knows your heart and he knows mine and when your day in front of him comes you will be judged upon behaviors like this. I understand that there are a lot of thieves and shoplifters and I am completely okay with being closely watched while shopping but there is a way to do it without completely harassing someone and what they were doing was 100% harassment I spend $100 here today but was treated like someone just lingering around with no intention of actually purchasing anything. You all should be ashamed of your mistreatment of others. Karma will catch up with you though
