I am leaving this review on behalf of my father in law. William Brown bought a refrigerator from you. The day of delivery they came and dropped it in his driveway. He asked them to bring it inside they said no we don't do that. This is Elder abuse! My father in law is in his 80s struggling with cancer and was in the hospital for a week right before that. He had to pay a handyman a couple hundreds dollar to bring it in ridiculous!! I told my husband i won't buy from them anymore if this is what they are going to do. I called the Lowes in Prescott talked to someone in the appliances department told him what was done to my father in law. He said i have never heard of such a thing they are suppose to bring it inside and hook it up!

I needed assistance on some stuff that I was purchasing for the first time and instead of just pointing in a direction or tell me what aisle it was on, he took his time helped me grab everything that I needed and when we couldn’t find certain items he went above and beyond trying to help me figure out what other products I could buy for the project that we are working on at home. I pulled in here when I first got to town, had to get directions off maps for important things I wanted to get done here. I even found a place in behind this store that I could easily unload my motorcycle by myself!
Gotta love Lowe's! And they've got everything inside that I'd need to fix anything on my motorhome. Septic tank drop-ins? YES, they've got them. Thank you Lowe's!
