My husband and I stopped in to check on some flooring for our bedroom. Frank in the tile section helped us. The quality of patience and knowledge of materials was refreshing to hear. This store is empty for a reason. They cater to a specific clientele. Anything you need to get a project done, they hide in the back of the store. Heaven forbid you have to get your hands dirty.
Waited on a staff employee to finish getting stuff down from a shelf for 15 minutes, once he was off and on the ground, he opened the gate. Unfortunately he wouldnt move himself or the forklift so we were unable to get through, went around the entire isle to enter from the back side just to be told he won't open the gate.
We came for the dollar cheaper than home Depot mulch, was going to spend a couple hundred dollars on a watering system for our garden that we have made. Can't wait for the new home depot to open off verado.
The only good person was the garden checkout girl. Super friendly and very polite. I hope she goes to home Depot so they can add to their great staff.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
