  So I had a problem with a lockbox Abby and Christian worked tirelessly digging through old papers and helping make sure that everything was fair for me. They even helped me program the lockbox! Amazing! Thanks so much!

  Unusual, but we got ZERO assistance today. Walked out without a grill we wanted because there was no one to answer a few questions. Home depot is 5 minutes away and SWARMED us when we walked in. Shame.

  I was in on 7-17-26 and was helped by Omar and Abraham in the garden department I bought to giant queen palms and 25 bags of soil those wonderful workers loaded everything onto carts then checked me out and loaded me up in my truck and helped me tie the trees up and add red flags the customer service I received that day is why I went back again and bought another 10 bags of soil and I know im late on my review but I had to get on here and let management know what wonderful workers they have thank you Omar and Abraham

  I am not writing this to simple complain about a long line or something silly, but this was uncalled for and its not the right thing to do. I am a 15 year veteran and love to see employees work together as a team and help one another out, however not here at Lowes. My wife and I came into the store a few days ago to purchase some wall tiles for our new home we purchased in May. They unforunately were want we wanted and we to return them. The young man helping us was named Waylan. He was a nervous looking kid who was very polite but he also looked like he was maybe new. Thats no problem at all, we all have to start and learn at some point. However my wife used to work at Lowes near Deer Valley so she jumped on the screen and was trying to help him out. For some reason the barcodes were pulling up wrong items, the total was off, it was just getting messy. Now mind you, we are the only ones there, nobody else in line. Directly next to us are two female Lowes employees just chatting away having a 5 minute conversation while we all suffer. It is not my wifes job to teach or guide a employee but she felt obligated to help that poor young man since the ladies were just watching him struggle and did nothing about it. I mean Martha was looking directly at us while she whistled and sung a song to herself. Literally singing songs while you see customers and your co-worker trying to resolve an issue 2 ft away from you. That is unreal and beyond unprofessional. I wish so badly that I had a video of it. Nonetheless, the should not be the core values that Lowes represents and it made us so we drove back the next day to ask for a manager and we saw Waylan at self checkout this time. I went up to him immediately and said I saw how that went down the other day and that was not okay of those women. He said thank you and understood but clearly didnt want to get in trouble and agree which is understandable. I asked to him find a manager, well actully we asked for Jordan the owner (on the blue sign at checkout )first and they said he isnt here. I then see Alex whos a manager and I didnt want to explain the entire story to him so I politely asked for Jordans email which he provided me but jordan never replied and completly ignored us. Just so everyone knows the females who were not helping out were Martha (older hispanic woman) and Jessica (younger potentially hispanic). Now Jessica was more or less headed to go sweep until Martha talked with her at for 5 minutes and then Martha logged right into that computer next to us and helped the next customer didnt even feel bad for a second not acknowledging us just lipsyncing music seemed far more important. Very dissapointing and Ill take my business to Home Depot or elsewhere is this is the service veterans or anybody for that matter recieves.

  This Lowe's has the worst management. I was so excited when Home Depot open so that I would never have to go back here again. Since January we have spent upwards of $12,000 plus. Long story short One of the managers named Adam bought me or I should say ordered us a conversion kit for our stove because of all the issues we have been having. When I started calling to see where the conversion kit was because the app was not tracking it I just got the runaround. To this day which is almost 2 months past I still have not gotten a call back from him and when I call and ask for him he literally tells the girls to not take my calls and to just get messages. Then I asked Manuel to help me (another manager) and Manuel never called me back again. I finally went to the BBB went all the way up to their corporate and they reimbursed me for the conversion kit but the silly thing is is that they don't talk to their stores about the complaints. And since no manager will call me back I guess it's final that I will never take my business there again. This was my personal project not one for a client and if they're going to treat me this way on a personal project I would never take my business there for my clients. Beware just go to Home Depot!
