Site Manager, Sherman Kailang was very attentive, showed us around the facility provided us several options and unit space to view. Signed up for 10x15, unit was clean, safe and secured. Customer service were his top priorities!

I rented a storage space in April 2026 off the website because it was cheaper than in-store (based on what the website stated). The website did NOT state it was a promotional price, just WEB price. I knew I needed the storage for an extended amount of time, it was a good price, so I rented. Today I went on the app and it shows my next payment due is double! I called the location and first he said it was a promotional price, then stated the contract says with a 30 day notice they can increase the rate seeing its month to month. I understand the increase is within their rights to do so, it just would have been nice to know how long that price would be good for or how often they increase rates. I asked how often they increased rates, he stated 4-6 months is normal for them. I find that to be on the excessive side. The increase we just received was $90.00. For a storage place to increase every 4-6 months is insane. I just feel their way of advertising is shady, it gets you in on false hopes. People have a budget! I have rented at many other storage facilities and they raise max 2% and once a YEAR! I am very disappointed with how Extra Space conducts their business.
