Alice in the main office is awesome, very professional and helpful. She made sure we got the right unit for our belongings that needed storage. The storage unit buildings have great access with carts in every door to bring in your stuff. The app to get in and out of the building is amazing. Highly recommend 🤗

Awesome space. Beautiful building. Friendly and helpful staff. Alice is wonderful!! Any questions or concerns she is right in it. She makes you feel welcome and at ease to ask anything. I’ve dealt with other storage places and staff that made me feel like I was bothering them. Alice is the exact opposite. So happy with it!

Space is newer so its nice and clean. Set up and move out were a easy. That being said, the hours of operation listed online are not the office hours. Apparently they are the corporate customer service phone hours. So I drove to site based on the hours listed online and had to wait (staff were there in the parking lot but office was not yet open). On one occasion I loaded boxes in my car, drove to site, unloaded everything, went to open the door and apparently an electrical issue caused all of the doors to malfunction. So I loaded everything (in triple digit heat) back into my car and drove around to the office. The staff walked me outside to test my entry code and app, both of which worked properly but the doors wouldn't open. They acknowledged they had an electrical issue and a vendor should be there to resolve soon. Their solution was for me to go door to door seeing if any of them worked …..instead of perhaps opening them from the inside. Once the issue was resolved, that was not communicated. I called days later to confirm the doors worked before driving back over there.
