- MCMia Corrales6 days ago1.0I had an unfriendly encounter with the store manager JD. He got way too close behind me to tell me to head to the front while grabbing the things I was putting back. Just came up behind me and said “don’t want those things? Got it. Head to the front.” It was aggressive and I was not in the store for more than 5 minutes past closing time including my checkout. I feel like he thought I was going to steal maybe I’m not sure why else he would come at me so aggressively and violate my personal space. It’s honesty just sad that there is no customer service standards being upheld. It was also very sad to hear that that was the store manager I had the interaction with as I would expect a lot more professionalism.
- APAndrea PanettaAug 24, 20261.0I tired of non sewers at the cut counter. I don't want pin holes in my fleece. I take my fabric home and do my project and I let the people I sew for wash the project because of allergies. And the small pinhole turns into a larger hole and I waste my time and it's ruined. So if I ask you to cut past the flawed area you cut past the flaw. Don't roll your eyes and quote me company policy with an attitude. Just get me my fabric the way I want it.
- LLLizAug 24, 20262.0I really love this Hobby Lobby and have had great experiences with many of the employees. The store has a great selection, and I’ve always enjoyed shopping here. Unfortunately, my experience today at the fabric section was very disappointing. I approached a young woman to ask a simple question about flowers. I was very kind and respectful, but the way I was spoken to was extremely rude and disrespectful. I honestly left feeling shocked because I don’t believe anyone should be treated that way when they are simply asking for help. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with basic kindness and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because no other customer should have to walk away from the store feeling the way I did. I will continue to shop at Hobby Lobby because I genuinely love the store and have encountered some wonderful employees, but I hope this particular interaction is addressed so others don’t have the same experience.

Break is supposed to be 15 minutes. 20+minutes later she finally shows up. Asked for store manager. Told there was no manager but what do we see in the back of the store the Co manager chatting with a non employee. After a well spoken comment purposely loud enough. She came up front. What should have 30 minutes max became an hour. I guess I need to stay in the East Valley.
