Just a few days into January 2026 I went there to buy tune up kits for backpack blowers and my fathers grasshopper and they didn’t give us both filters for echo 9010 and his grasshopper. The person who was helping us was gonna give us 1 spark plug when mowers take 2 spark plugs. I’m currently not happy with there service and plan to look for another dealer this coming year to support me and my small businesses.
