- BBBrittan Butler1 day ago1.0I made an online order with this store as my pick up location, when I checked my order after it had been fulfilled I had parts of the order to pick up across all of NWA. When I called to try and remedy this I was told to manage it on the app. When I asked if they could have change it all to be picked up in the same store they stated this would not be possible. I feel this is compleatly unacceptable. If pick for an online order is going to be at a different store than the one selected as a home store this needs to be made abundently clear before the order is placed.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
