I had my Jenn air dishwasher breakdown and Lowes Pro Tim Long, suggested the whirlpool. His customer service and help through the whole process was outstanding. Ordered some stuff online for pickup, as i've been doing a ton of home improvements the past few weeks and my back was bothering me. When the merchandise came up, one of the pressure treated steps was cracked. Was informed i could go swap it out. Couldn't find the right size, and the three employees up front working the pickups / customer service area were perfectly happy letting me traipse around the store.
Returned the entire order and left.
This is after a 4000 dollar plus Pella door purchase and installation that, after my money was taken, went into the ether and nobody seemed to be able to tell me when the door would arrive.
Stay away from Lowes. Go to Anderson and the smaller hardware shops for your home improvement needs
EDIT: The response being to call so they can make it right is sort of funny. Multiple employees had an opportunity to make this right, and you want me to go out of my way to call you? How bout you reach out? :D
