  I was in need of locksmith service because I lost my key fob to my car on Friday afternoon 7/24/26. After numerous efforts of searching for my car key, I called them twice on Saturday, 7/25/26 @11:41PM and 11:55PM. They took my info and said a technician would call me shortly to schedule the service with me & tell me how much it would be. Because on my first phone call, I stated that I didn’t need immediate service but would need the service on Sunday (7/26/26), and asked for a quote and schedule. Someone did call me about half an hour later, it was past midnight, he said that someone would call me again to schedule the service around 9:00 AM. So now it is Sunday at 9:00 AM, nobody called and I waited until a little bit 10:00 AM, still nobody called. I called the company again saying that nobody called yet to schedule a service. The gentleman confirmed my info and he said a technician would call me shortly after we got off the phone. I waited for about half an hour, still nobody called me. So I called another local company to see if they could help me today (Sunday, 7/26/26) because I have to be able to go work on Monday (7/27/26). The other company got back to me real quick, gave me a quote, and scheduled the service. So I called KeyMe again to cancel my order request. The lady on the other line verified my info (address, vehicle, and issue), and of course tried to retain me as a customer (as she should, doing her job), but I told her that I already went with the other company because they were responsive and we already scheduled service soon. She kept wanting to keep me in their worklist (as she should), then said that my service was already scheduled for Monday, 7/27/26 at 10AM. I was flabbergasted because nobody had verified that with me. I stated I wanted to cancel it because it wouldn’t work since I needed access to my car to go work by then. She then asked for my credit card info because there would be a fee for cancellation. And I said “no” because I didn’t see it mentioned on the web for cancellation fee, and also I wasn’t willing to pay for the service I never received. And she then said, “oh so you don’t want to pay, ma’am?”. And I proceeded to say NO because again, I didn’t wanna pay for the service that I never received and also the terrible communication I had been experiencing. All I wanted was for her to cancel the request because I wasn’t satisfied with the whole terrible communication, couldn’t get any confirmation for the service schedule (plus the absurd cancellation fee). She was apologetic on the phone for my experience, but we finally got off the phone without me willing to pay for the cancellation fee. I said “I still would like you to cancel the request please. Thank you.” And she said, “okay ma’am”. Then I hung up.

  Quick and easy! Only wish it were cheaper but it’s not like there’s any hidden fees or anything. You know how much you’ll be paying. But even for just a plain key it’s several dollars (idr exactly how much, just remember thinking DAMN lol). Would also be cool if there were more options for designs!! I was surprised to see there were only a few options, aside from the sports themed stuff. But despite my trivial complaints, it’s a pretty cool little contraption. My biggest complaint though that I demand an answer to is…. WHY wasn’t this business named KEY-osks?! Kiosks that make keys and yall didn’t choose this for a name? I’m sincerely baffled. Hehe thanks for the key copy! I’ll be using you again if I ever need a key done. P.s. I just had a basic house key copied. But I saw on there you can do like programmed car keys and things like that as well

  Key doesn't work in the house locks. We bought a key on Saturday and a key on Sunday. They both don't turn. Fits into the lock just won't turn. Need to get a refund please.
