I hired a contractor to install insulation in my ceiling. Today he went to Lowe’s in Searcy and picked up the insulation and paid a deposit to rent the machine to blow it in. He had to wait an hour and a half to get checked out which is. They get to my house in Augusta and start the process, and soon discovered the blower is not working?? So he goes back to Lowe’s to return the blower and get a replacement only to be told (1) they have another one, but it is not available for use (2) the store or someone in the store knew the blower he was given was not working?? Because of your store’s negligence the contractor lost a whole day of work dealing with issues that never should have happened, he lost money because he still had to pay his employees plus the inconvenience of having to return all the insulation and I as the home owner now must wait at least a week longer and because the contractor has no way to install the insulation and Lowe’s has no operable blower he had to go elsewhere to get what was needed to complete the task which cost me more money. And Lowe’s employees reaction to all this was more or less “oh well”! Second time I have had an issue with your store in the past 6 months in failing to put the customer’s needs up front and Lowe’s not sticking to prices they quoted. First one was over doors I had ordered and prices agreed upon. I told the employee how much money ($2500) I had to spend on this project and asked her to show me my options. Of those shown to me, I chose the style I wanted within my price range. Several weeks go by and someone came and measured for the doors, then several more weeks go by and I finally get a call from someone in Las Vegas. He said he was building my doors? I told him this was not a “special order” purchase why was he building my doors? We talked several times and each time the price increased. After weeks of dealing with the guy in Vegas and no closer to any doors being ready I finally told him I was going somewhere else to get my doors (2 outside and 2 storm) which I did and they were within my budget for this project. Then he says well I can do it for the $2500 and not the $3800 he had told me a couple days prior. By then I was fed up with Lowe’s and still am. The customer service I have received on a 1 to 5 scale would rate as a 1 which is the lowest.

3 times now I have been to this store to get some carpet cut. First time didn't have any second time didn't have anyone to load the carpet on the rack third time waited 10 minties for someone to answer the need help button when he did he said he couldn't do it and walked away so I pushed it again and second guy shows up and said he could cut carpet everyone he called was on break. Come on people cross train your employees if you dont want to hire enough employees. Lowes account will be closed because this is just the last straw everytime there is a issue if you need help at this store. Loved lowes because of the military support but guess I'm going the home depot and getting red tools

We drove for a over hour to pick up a mower that they had ready only to find that the mower was not ready and had some sort of problem that kept it from starting. Poor customer service and lack of attempt to make the problem right. Lowes owes me gas money!!! O Stars!!!

If I could give a zero star right now I would. I ordered a brand new washer, dryer, and lawnmower from them. When it came to delivery time, they scheduled the Deliveries all separate days on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A called customer service they said they would get that fixed and deliver everything on Friday. So I took off work on Friday so they can get delivered. They never got delivered. Called Saturday they said they would deliver them that day on Saturday. Again, never got delivered. Call customer service again they said there was problems with their Delivery system and I would need to go in and set up a whole new delivery date which would be at least a week out. I said absolutely not. I already Lost a whole day of pay because of this I want y’all to make it right it’s not like this is a small order. Was told there’s nothing they could do had to set up a new date to be delivered. Absolutely horrible customer service I canceled my order and will never shop there again.
