If I could give a zero star right now I would. I ordered a brand new washer, dryer, and lawnmower from them. When it came to delivery time, they scheduled the Deliveries all separate days on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A called customer service they said they would get that fixed and deliver everything on Friday. So I took off work on Friday so they can get delivered. They never got delivered. Called Saturday they said they would deliver them that day on Saturday. Again, never got delivered. Call customer service again they said there was problems with their Delivery system and I would need to go in and set up a whole new delivery date which would be at least a week out. I said absolutely not. I already Lost a whole day of pay because of this I want y’all to make it right it’s not like this is a small order. Was told there’s nothing they could do had to set up a new date to be delivered. Absolutely horrible customer service I canceled my order and will never shop there again.

Do NOT purchase a washing machine from Lowes and do NOT purchase their Protection Plan! It's a complete waste of money AND TIME!! I made the mistake of buying 2 washing machines from Lowes (Whirlpools). The first one broke down twice in less than 2 years and they issued me a new one.. well here we are again... they have ONE company that services washing machines. I've been without a washing machine going on 2 weeks now. I operate an animal rescue. I NEED my washing machine. I can't even go to a bank locally and buy quarters for a laundromat ( my bank account is in another city over an hour away). I have animals. I can't be gone for that long now (baby season is brutal in Arkansas). The ONE company they use is giving me the run around and has changed my appt twice! Now, they're saying July 2 of next week. I called and asked if I could hire a local company and be reimbursed and they said NO...
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM LOWE'S. NEVER!
In total: I've bought a fridge, stove, dish washer and 2 washing machines and dryers AND I bought my mama a washing machine and dryer and had it shipped out of state .. so technically 3 washers and dryers and I purchased Protection Plans for each.
I am beyond pissed. Do better Lowes.
You've lost a dang good customer. You have ONE company that services.. ONE.. unreal. I'll be sure to spread the word. Big corporate companies don't get hurt by one terrible review, but it's a start and hopefully others will catch on too.

Went to your store today to purchase a refrigerator. It was busy and only one associate handling the dept by himself so had to wait bout 30 minutes before we were able to get waited on. The refrigerator was $1000.00 and was going to get it but when ask if we could get the handle switch to other side we were informed they no longer provided that service with a third party deliver now being used. The associate told us we would have to get someone ourselves to do it for us. So we pay $1000 for a frig and then told we would have to pay some to switch the door handle. Needless to say we purchased another f egg in d as in where else.

I was just hung up on twice, without ever getting to talk to anyone. The automated system kept trying to find an order with my phone number, and when it finally decided to let me speak to someone the phone rang once and then hung up. So I called again, did the same song and dance with the ai, and then the same thing happened. I literally just want to know if they can tell me the exact date I purchased my fridge if I give them the serial number.
