Pro desk is a joke. I had expected some level of competence from a department labeled Pro but was sadly disappointed again. Only one person out of the three we spoke to had any idea of customer service or the products that they were selling. We have been repeatedly misquoted delivery dates causing problems with our project. Damaged/incomplete items were delivered to our house and when we asked for replacements to the missing and damaged in shipping parts we were made to buy them again because that is just the way they do it rather than replacing the items or giving us credit. Original order was quoted at a week until delivery but was 3 and now it looks like the replacement items are going the same route.
The only person that showed any level of understanding or effort was Juan. I didn't catch his last name but he clearly has a higher standard of customer care than the others we spoke to.

The store is incredibly hit and miss, especially when it comes to service. There have been several times we couldn't get carts for big wood purchases etc because of pick up orders etc, so when we needed to purchase paneling, we did a pick up order since we knew it wouldn't be guaranteed that we would have what we needed to actually get it out of the store. All of the paneling they pulled was damaged, dirty, and covered in foot prints. We should have paid better attention to what they were loading.

Don't order delivery if you want the correct stuff and to get it delivered to some random place that they won't credit your purchase for. Store is always in shambles all the time. Its difficult to get a cart down most isles. Poor management and leadership. Wish we had a Home Depot or Menards in Russellville.

I am in the process of building a house and chose to use Lowe's for materials. That was a mistake. First, they could not order the correct windows and then I was charged a restocking fee to bring them back. Second, I had drywall delivered and they left them out exposed to the elements when I had provided ample space to store them out of the weather. When I spoke to the manager, Matt, I was met with a half hearted apology and that no one could fix it till the next day. That did not happen. Also, Matt is the one who charged the restocking fee for their mistake.I am at a loss.This has been frustrating. I guess I will use Home Depot moving forward even though they're not close by. Having a "local store" has been no help.
