Peter in the garden center was phenomenal! He was helping a lady load up block when we walked to the block side.
10 minutes later he was back and noticed we were loading blocks onto our cart & insisted to help us & done it with a smile the whole time!
There was also another nice young gentleman that offered to help load, I don’t recall his name. Way to go garden center guys… you truly are making a difference with your incredible customer service.

We love Lowe's. It's our #1 choice for our home & garden needs. I especially appreciate Lily, who took great care of me in dealing with a special order issue caused by a vendor. Even when she needed to share bad news, or had no news, she still kept me informed and this means so much. Now, about the AI assisted handling of inbound calls, it is absolutely terrible. Please won't you consider getting a human being to transfer calls and or page appropriate personnel?! It is a really poor experience and I know you can do better. Thank you!

Continually disappointed by the employees at Lowes. I’ve been here several times now and an employee doesn’t know where to find something I’m looking for and just says “sorry” and leave it to me to locate the item(s). But today was the best example of that. I asked an employee where I could locate a key lock box and he shrugged saying “I don’t really know much about that department. I’m sorry.” and walked away. A Lowes customer happened to overhear the convo and says “The app says aisle 16 bay xx”, which was right where the item was. I used to shop at Lowes exclusively but that’s been less and less after experiences like this. Today we were right up the street and popped in for this item. I haven’t had this experience at other home improvement stores. If the employee cannot tell me where an item is, they try to locate it and will lead me in the right direction. Lowes: you can do a LOT better.

This is the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever visited. The customer service is abysmal, and many of the employees come across as rude and uninterested in helping customers.
As a veteran, I receive a military discount, but whenever I go through a cashier instead of self-checkout, it’s often a hassle to have the discount applied. Rather than being willing to help, some employees act like it’s an inconvenience. A military discount is a benefit Lowe’s proudly advertises, so customers shouldn’t feel like they’re burdening employees by asking to receive it.
I shop at Lowe’s frequently, but this location consistently provides one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both customer service and the overall shopping experience.
