With an injured hand, I had missed my delivery driver by seconds leaving me in seriously uncomfortable position moving 125 cinder blocks, 25 sand bags and a grill by myself. They showed up that day and then the following day and literally laid the cinder blocks and sand bags exactly where I needed to safely proceed with my backyard project. I’m a single female caring for seven animals. I am truly in tears and cannot thank them enough for their compassionate professionalism! The definition of professionalism, pure execution mode, beyond professional. I still can’t process what I just witnessed. Want a supernatural impression they have both left of Lowe’s. Wow. Speechless. GOD BLESS YOU Both. THANK YOU. 🥹

Im told my water heater be delivered today, even received text message to verify address for delivery today & 5 hours later receive another text that they are changing my delivery to Thursday. I call them to correct it for today delivery & get the run around thru 3 people then told it come monett mo, call them & they say it come from neosho , & neosho say it come from OKLAHOMA. Rogers had 3 in stock when I bought it & they cant deliver it? Sucky service.

I CONTACTED AS REQUESTED IT TOOK ALL OF 10 MINUTES TO BE TOLD NOTHING COUKD BE DONE ! BRAVO !!! People walk away from the Kobalt brand and do not fall for fake responses from "LOWES". INCLUDING IMAGE OF MY ORIGIONAL REVIEW WITH THE BS LOWES RESPONSE. I ALREADY REPLACED MY DIGITAL TORQUE WRENCH WITH ANOTHER BRAND FROM THEIR COMPEDITORS TODAY. ORDERED AND WAITING FOR IT TO ARRIVE. I am currently still searching for what unit and brand I will replace the Kobalt 1/2in drive 24v Kobalt Impact Gun, bit I will figure it out when the time comes. I had to self repair a $500 compressor 2 days fresh out of the box, thats quality right there I tell ya. I have spent YEARS investing in my Kobalt tools collection as a maintenance tech 2 and when I need Kobalt and Lowes to assist with my investment it becomes a hassle and no more ! Do yourselves a favor and look for a reputable company with tools that carry great warranties and honor them !! Quality and warranty are serious things when involving tools. Lowes has lost their way. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
