  I went to pick up a customer frame order- it took 30 MINUTES to get someone to wait on me! Come on- I’m ready to pick up and pay and this is the best you can do? The discount isn’t worth the inefficient, archaic system! Do better!!

  I had a terrible experience at hobby lobby. Elizabeth my cashier had a terrible attitude. She made me feel terrible. She was so friendly with the customers that were infront of me while at checkout. I felt like she stereotyped me and that is so disrespectful. I smiled as I approached her,I greeted her and she didn't even acknowledge me. I felt so awkward during the checkout experience. Hobby Lobby please hire employees with a good attitude. Train them to treat everyone the same. I checked out before 3pm.
