I’ve purchased my items dealt directly with the store manager at Camp Robinson . I was given agreements (10) at one time . Paying like I said I would in amount of time agreed. A month later I was told that the district manager said I was to return all of my items . So I returned a few ;some
Of the items where marked down and I never knew what was going to which account it always was put in store credit and someone would distribute it out the accounts that where needed . I requested a meeting with district manager and I have yet been able to receive that meeting or have it been set for me to speak with him . I very unsatisfied with the customer service and service I have received. If it was not possible for me to have this amount agreements to start with I don’t feel like it should’ve been stated from the beginning. I am also getting call threats of getting a warrant on my name when I have did nothing but been in contact with the store as well as I visit frequently. I tried to make my payment $389 I believe last week a representative told me to wait on the store manger . He was busy at the time on a call . I waited for a minute. Then he told me that he would have him call me to get payment for the account. A week goes by no call and yesterday 06/09/2026 that’s when I get a voicemail that I was getting a police report out on me . Call back 06/09/2026 to get everything adjust paid a portion was told 06/10/2026 they would pick up items I wanted returned . They was not able to pick up items said it may be tomorrow , Friday , Saturday or Monday . Hung up and called back to get things adjusted . Im not happy with my poor services at all I would rate this as 0 for customer service overall

WOULD NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN. I was disrespected multiple times and told this not customer service this rent to own. Horrible customer support and management sent my washer and dryer back and requested a refund on my last payment because of POOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very rude and disrespectful they don’t know how to talk to NOBODY. I was scheduled to make a payment today the manger come call at 8 this morning mind you the store don’t open till 10 ,asking when ima make a payment can I brush my teeth first didn’t even say good morning or nothing just when you gone make a payment . Calling like I’m a week late on a$13 payment that’s due today it’s still the morning time didn’t even give me time to pay.

My first time ever going and trust me my last time ever going First of all what hit's is the music with the explicit lyrics. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The young lady I'm assuming is the manager because no one else knows how to do anything or knows anything of what they're selling. I actually called first a gentleman put me on hold and say someone will be with me by the time I drove there I was still on hold. which shows you the importance of customer service. I don't know who the young lady is but you might get more business if you remove her from there. Because when you appear to be knowledgeable about their products she catches an attitude. From what I observed in my whole 4 minutes there you might want to look over your books really really carefully.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
