honestly i was just going in for a lightbulb and ended up spending an hour wandering around. the guy in lumber actually helped me figure out what kind of screws i needed for a project i hadnt even started yet. place is huge but its laid out pretty easy so i didnt get lost. grabbed a new hose nozzle too cause the old one was leaking and it works great. definitely coming back when i need anything else.

place is a JOKE. Went up there at 9 pm 06/24 to rent a carpet cleaner. Nigel and Jonathan searched for the rental book that has the keys in it and said unfortunately I could not rent it because they couldnt figure out where the book is to be able to rent it out to me. I wasted time for them to look, how do you lose a whole key for a rental system?

I would NOT recommend shopping at Lowe’s West Little Rock. I placed a pickup order and received a text that it was ready to be picked up. I called the store to confirm and was told it was ready. When I arrived at the store, they took 1.5 hours looking for my order. Then, they told me the items were out of stock. Totally unprofessional. Next time I will go to Home Depot.

Lowe's is definitely my go-to home improvement store to visit and the Loew's in west Little Rock doesn't disappoint. It's well-stocked and has generally helpful employees. I find the garden center good, too, though some items seem pricey to me, e.g., a pot of mint I bought today to plant in my garden.
I was all set to be offended that there were no cash registers open today with real people to check me out. Then the man sweeping around the self-checkout kiosks helped me and was so courteous and nice that I decided I'd ditch the feeling of being offended. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience at Lowe's today: I found what I needed, bought it without hassle, checked out quickly, and was on my way.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
