  DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE!!! I purchased a dishwasher and paid them for installation. Their installer came out but didn't bother to follow the installation instructions. He left me with a brand new stainless steel dishwasher with two holes in the tub. Lowes makes us wait a week for an installer to return only to tell us they threw the parts away following installation (which we already knew). Lowes was very slow to deal with us. Fortunately I bought it with a credit card and put the purchase in dispute. Lowes told me they wouldn't deal with me while the credit card dispute was ongoing. I had to tell them I dropped it to get them to negotiate. On that call, they put me on hold to order a replacement and disconnected me. That was 10 days ago. They called me back today TEN DAYS LATER and had the nerve to say that was normal customer service. I told her that was unacceptable and she hung up on me. Fortunately, I am still disputing the transaction. IF and when the dishwasher plugs are delivered by another installer with the replacement dishwasher, I will remove the dispute and settle my transaction. In the meantime, other consumers be aware that Lowe's put the 'cuss' in customer service. They are just lousy, unresponsive and plain RUDE. FOLLOW UP MONTH AFTER PURCHASING: The Lowes installation folks have failed to call the night prior to the installation trip ALL three times to advise of the three hour installation window. They have left me hanging with a 12 hour installation time each time forcing ME to call and go through their phone queues despite their REPEATED promises that the installers would call ME the night before with the three hour installation window! I also got a message from the credit card company regarding my dispute with Lowes this morning that they had reached out to the Company. They said Lowes has NOT RESPONDED! There is ONE CONSISTENT thing about this experience. SIMPLY LOUSY SERVICE. Their installer came by today for the THIRD time. Still doesn't have the parts and can't seem to get the dishwasher in without the door hanging up. He was rude as could be and started addressing me as "Buddy". When I told him I wasn't his buddy, he started doing it more and asked what I was going to do about it and if I was going to try and "lay hands". I said no I would just call the cops on him and have him thrown out. He quieted down. Outrageous behavior from a service provider. AVOID THESE FOLKS ALL COSTS!!!! Update after TWO MONTHS: They still haven't responded to the credit card company. BUT I finally got the parts installed after FOUR trips from the installation company. Lowes continues to be unreasonable and refuses to refund my installation charges despite making us waiting LITERALLY HOURS on end for four different trips. They have NO respect for the customer and their time! I have finally spoken with the lovely supervisor at CRST , their installation firm and they were EXTREMELY understanding and apologetic after hearing the complete story from my side. Apparently the installer had accused me of throwing out a racial epithet that simply did not occur. After she heard the FULL story of 4 trips to finally get the parts installed, she offered a settlement for my troubles telling me specifically that it was in no way a refund of any charges and that I should continue to pursue a refund from Lowes for the installation. Lowes has been the ONLY firm that has refused to accept responsibility for outright torture of a customer and ultimately a COMPLETE LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE. They used to be different. It's really SAD.😢
