I had been trying to place an order for deck materials online but the website would log me out after pushing the order button. After logging back on, my cart would be empty and I would have to go through the process all over again. After several attempts I decided to call and place the order. After the usual automated garbage you have to go through I got transferred to the pro desk I think. I sat on hold for 40 minutes before the call was dropped. Called back and asked for the manager, a girl answered without identifying herself calling me by my last name like she knew me. I asked who she was, she stated “katelyn” I asked again who she was, I was hung up on. Called back, same story, this time she told me she worked in tools. I got her to transfer me to a manager I think, told him I was trying to place an order and had been jerked around for several hours. Got hung up on again. I'm done with Jonesboro lowes. Paragould put in the effort to help me, bless them.

It messy, there's stuff just scattered about, there's about hundred employees and no ones really willing to help you, the parking lot it complete chaos. If you pre-order your order will not be ready to go when you get there, then you'll spend your day trying to find someone that might know how to help you..... Good luck
