    Terrible service rented a play station 5 over a year ago still chargeing my card not two times a month now but 4 to 5 times and then showing up to my house while kids are there beating and banging on the door scaring them absolutely no respect whatsoever went to the store to try and politely ask them hey can we get this fixed got blown off disrespected only did what was convenient for them your not my customer I’m yours show some respect

    We have called and communicated over a ps5 that my husband turned back in and they lost it bc they never logged that they got it back. It’s one story when you come during business hours to collect what you accuse of us having even though we are still paying it off because we can’t afford a lawsuit because of their poor work choices. But when you come out banging on my damn door at 8:30 at night after your store is closed… my kids are sleeping and thy got scared. Have some damn respect! Don’t play the innocent game on what can we do to Mae your experience better with us…. Leave us the hell alone! We are paying you when we get our money and when that is completed, you will never have us rent or buy anything for your company ever again! It’s absurd and harassment! Excuse my language

    A woman I spoke to on the phone. A few days earlier was excessively rude. And wherever we arrange for pick up of a leased item because we were locating out-of-state, and will not be able to take it with us. The pick up crew was bottom of the barrel. They were cocky, 1 Man, started to let up a cigarette before coming into the house. I had to tell him not to do it, because my mother has a life-threatening allergy. I don’t care what you smoke or not. You don’t have the right to go to SOMEONES Home smoking no, that’s unprofessional. Further the appliances that they were taking out, they did not handle with care. I do not know if they damaged or not. They were definitely far from professional. We’ve had to pick up some delivery, service company and other locations on multiple occasions and we have never had any issues with a delivery or pick up crew. They’ve always handled things professionally. This time they acted as if we were imposing. Even the manager was offended that we returned. It was only eight payments left ago. But we were leaving in the state and you’re not allowed to transport leased items out of state so I had no choice but return it. So all of this particular branch to Jonesboro Arkansas location is the worst errands I’ve ever dealt with
