I ordered my flooring over 5 weeks ago now, I’ve spent over $3k on supplies and tools, I took 2 weeks off work to refloor my house along with other projects, the day before my flooring was supposed to be delivered I pulled up all my flooring in my house, and the day of delivery I got an email where my delivery was pushed out 2 weeks. I made some phone calls and verified that the delivery would happen on this second delivery date and again the day of my delivery I got another email pushing out the delivery date. Keep in mind this whole time I was getting text messages and emails verifying the delivery date. So I contacted the store and honestly getting a manager on the phone seemed like the biggest chore initially. I kept getting the run around and would get hung up on several times before I finally got a manager. I spoke to the floor manager, whom I will keep unnamed at this time but he was extremely helpful, but again my flooring was supposed to be delivered today, June 16,2026, and yesterday I got another email pushing my delivery date out yet again. I immediately called the floor manager again and he said he personally put my delivery on the truck for today. However, this morning I wake up to multiple emails contradicting each other stating different delivery dates. I am so frustrated and let down and even disappointed in, first, the customer service from this location. But also the professionalism in the process. We are in 2026 with all the technology in the world why are we then sending out emails with contradictory information when I know that these emails are automatically generated? Why are there auto generated texts stating the same said contradictory information. I feel my only hope is to contact Lowe’s Corporate to get my flooring in a timely manner. Being on a cement slab as my flooring for 3 weeks now is not the funnest, especially when the time hacks have been busted now several times. I am very willing to have a solid conversation about this whole situation. I am tempted to just get a full refund of my money and go somewhere else. I do know this, for the future I will not use Lowe’s for a major project for my house ever again. The inability to trust the process is too great to rely on. If someone with authority to ensure this gets rectified sees this please contact me asap!

I placed a curbside pickup order and 3 days later I’m being told they were short staffed. I was not told that on day 1 or day 2 until I called corporate. I tried calling the store directly multiple times and they either didn’t answer or placed me on hold for 10 minutes or more before I got “disconnected”. Corporate didn’t help at all. They just said they would have the store call me. So after 8 pm on day 2 I was called by the store and told they were short staffed that day and hopefully it’ll be done on day 3. I can understand that but what about day 1? So they’re short staffed for 2 solid days all shifts? This was not a large or complex order at all. They also charged me 4 times for the order. So I paid over $2,000 so far on an order I have yet to see. I can cancel and go elsewhere but I need that $2000 back first. What a nightmare. Do not EVER do a curbside pickup unless you don’t mind waiting indefinitely.

Very terrible experience today and showed lack of communication between staff members and management. I purchased a dryer at 12:46 pm for “Take away”. I waited out front till 1:37. When I went back to the appliance section, the gentleman told me “they” must have forgot and he would go pull it now and meet me up front in a few mins. After another 10 mins a couple of other mangers asked questions about why I was waiting and they would look into it with someone else but no one seemed to actually go look for the dryer. At 2:00 pm, one mangers said it shows in their system they didn’t have any in stock but he would go look anyway. And finally, after a 1 1/2 hour wait at 2:14 pm, they sent the gentleman from the appliance section back to the front to offer me a refund since they couldn’t find one. All of that could have been wrapped up in a fraction of the time if someone would have just went and looked….Went to NLR Lowes and bought the dryer at 2:48 and was loaded up at 2:55pm
