ok ok ok there is one thing I wish management would get a handle on... the plumbing aisle. the bins with all the different couplers valves teeth elbows caps is horribly misorganized and it of course is because customers grab something they look at it. they realize it's the wrong thing and they don't put it back in the correct place. but this entire aisle everything needs to come off the shelf and put in its proper place with its own proper label where everything in the box is exactly the same thing. I went looking for a simple 3/4 in PEX to 1/2 in pecs SharkBite and had to go through over 50 little cardboard boxes to find two of them and the two I found were not in their proper box and every box that I looked at didn't have two of the same thing in it. come on management higher or a sign two or three guys to spend a Sunday night pulling all that stuff off the shelf properly organizing it and putting it back and then put at least one person per shift in charge of making sure it stays organized and make that their only job not stocking not cleaning. not doing anything else but keeping this organized. it is very frustrating when you go over there to find something and you see the label and you see the box and it's what you want and you reach in and there's not a single one of them in there and everything in there is something different. it takes too much time to try and find the right part and as a customer who has spent several thousands of dollars in the past month. well about $19,000 in the last month buying supplies. this was my biggest headache and almost maybe go to your competitors instead. I went to the pro desk and left their pickers have the headache instead of me

Me and my husband bought some plumbing parts and the cashier felt that a screw in cap did not come with the part so he took it off. We later had to go back to get that part and guess what....it WAS part of the part we had purchased earlier. Pissed us off because it takes tme out of your day to make several trips to Lowes. Leaning towards the N.L.R Lowes until I'm not mad anymore.
