Good service levels on most days, but I wish they could speed up the process for Military Vets with the discount/verification on checking out. I have to first type in my phone number, then select my discount, then scan my ID, and then begin the checkout, then get an attempted "upsell" on any item they can, then be asked for a donation, and then which mode of payment I'm selecting and finally, how do I want my receipt.............. can't they simply attach/amend my profile or just embed/scan my Lowe's credit card with the information I'd like as "default" ....I mean how tough could it be:
1. Scan Lowe's Credit Card
2. Default to Discount (Military Vet)
3. Scan my items
4. Pay with the Card the system just scanned
those details in order to initiate scanning/purchasing (Similar to calling the bank, inputting your account #, and then they come on and ask for your account #)
5. Automatically email the receipt to the profile associated with the card.
Boom! Done-In/Out at the register.

I moved from out of state and needed to replace items I left behind or got lost in the move.
I didn’t know where to look so I asked an employee. Back in TX, everyone at Lowe’s is helpful and happy to be doing so. Not the case in Hot Springs. The employee seemed bothered and visibly annoyed with me inquiring about an item’s location that her response was,
“Yeah, what do you want?”
I will be ordering on line to safely insure I don’t have a negative interaction with a Lowe’s employee again.

The appliance sales people were very helpful but when the delivery guys came, though very nice, they were short handed. They tried to their best I think. The washer was delivered damaged and they put it back on the truck. The dryer was installed but damage was done to door jam. Then came the refrigerator which is where they needed a 3rd person. Our stairs had a sharp turn they didn’t think they could do so tried bringing it in a different way which if there had been 3 people they could have lifted it to get it in. However, with only two trying to deliver it that way, they ended up damaging the refrigerator then their boss told them they had been here too long and they had to leave. Left the fridge in the garage without setting it up because they had to leave. They did plug it in so our groceries wouldn’t spoil. So now we have no washer and a damaged refrigerator. Haven’t heard from anyone since it was after 5 when they had to leave.

Today is July 3. Pulling into your parking lot, I noticed something, y’all have flock cameras entering your parking lot. We’re under surveillance enough inside your store. Don’t need you to survey my car and my Lysing plate. Until the flock cameras come down, I will not be back. I will go to your competition they open in a month. Thank you.

Disappointed. Purchased Refrigerator, stove / oven, dishwasher, hot water heater, oven vent, $750 of flooring and over $400 of plumbing supplies.
It's nearly 2 months later, and still no delivery of the dishwasher. Fridge was dented in multiple places, as was the over vent, which was previously installed and obviously returned.
I have called many times...LITERALLY NO ONE CARES. I am treated like an inconvenience. I have not nagged, nor been rude. I simply wanted the dishwasher delivered. Now, it seems as though they are holding it hostage.
Unbelievablly poor customer service. Rude and filled with excuses as to why my paid order has not been fulfilled. What happened to Lowe's? How have they changed so drastically?
I am openly asking them to contact me to make this right. Why further harm your reputation?
