Purchased a new beautiful refrigerator and had it delivered today. The two Lowe’s employees who spoke absolutely no English took my old fridge out then brought the new one in, hooked it up and I noticed the handle was dented. After trying to communicate with this guy who spoke no English I had him call someone else. He stood in my kitchen for 45 minutes on hold until finally speaking in Spanish with someone else. He handed me the phone to speak with a representative who offered me 20% off if I would keep it. I said no. I was willing to keep and have them replace the handle but he said not possible. I wanted to keep the dented one until they could bring a replacement but was told no.
Now my old fridge is back in my kitchen which my wife is just thrilled about. Of course no one will even answer the phone at the store and tomorrow is Labor Day…so maybe the store manager will respond to this…. Yea wish me luck with that one.🙄

I encountered the rudest clerk I have ever seen today. At the desk handing out free cups, she gave the lady behind me the last cup saying I was too slow getting the app for her to see. For 20 plus years I have spent probably $80,000 in that store. Never have I been talked to so abruptly by a clerk (Cindy)
