- JRJosh RJun 16, 20265.0A BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Jonathan Tackett and his team at Armor Alarms! (work was completed in Hot Springs, AR) I had quite a bit of work done inclusive of security cameras, an alarm system, and automation. He was professional, on time, communicative, and competitive with his quote. During the install, his professionalism did not waiver. Him and his team treated my home and belongings as if they were their own. They kept things tidy during the install and cleaned up at the end of every day. During the install, they communicated the whole scope and clearly set the expectation for how the project would be completed. Not only did they stick to the expected installation schedule, they communicated clearly about any issues they encountered and how they would resolve the concerns. There were a few hiccups and Mr. Tackett handled them in stride. I knew there was going to be a challenge with some of the automation and the light switches. And there was. Mr. Tackett overcame the challenges and completed the project to my satisfaction. There were 2-3 “punch list items” for him to get resolved to see the project through to completion. He continued his professionalism and communication until all of the remaining items were completed. He was professional, on time, and on budget as aligned to the proposal. What else could you ask for? Would I use him again? I certainly am going to if any additional concern arises he can tackle. Thank you for making it easy and being a TRUE professional!
