We have been dealing with Aaron's RTO for years. We recently paid off our dryer and washer a year and a half before that. NEVER had one problem. Payments were like clockwork, we never missed a payment. It started when these new set of staff took over and we got a stove RTO Feb/Mar 2026. That's when the problems started. Delivery was a week or so late due to the winter storm (no problem, I understood). They finally delivered it, damaged and dented it up, broke the legs and forgot the chord so we can use it. We were told to buy one and bring them the receipt to get reimbursed. We live 20 or miles away. We drove there, pointed out the delivery driver and he said "oh that was done during transit". I heard him say that. I told them we have him on camera dropping it and slamming it into the doorframe. Sent pictures to Make a and was promised new legs, never got them. In June my husband's card on file expired and he called the new one in and was told we have to drive down there again. I said NO and it CAN be taken over the phone. They put it on file and since then, they take the payments early (before we get paid). Autopay is what it means, AUTO! A SET DATE is when it's supposed to come out. I have called numerous times and they keep up with the lies saying, "it's always been that way". OH NO IT HASN'T. It's only been that way since THEY took over. Now on holidays our checking acct is debited early. That defeats the purpose of AUTO pay! I have bank statements that show it has never been taken out early before this time! Nakea took us off autopay so we can call in our payments ON TIME. John the acct mgr called with an attitude saying we now owe 2 payments with a late fee because we don't have a card on file. Why didn't the store mgr Nakea say something? They have taken this place to the lowest form of customer service. They can't explain anything and they don't make sense and are incredibly unprofessional! My car, insurance, WiFi bill and phone are all on AUTOPAY and only comes out on the EXACT date it was set up. Also since June, they raised our payments, then lowered it and now have further messed up our account. John even assured me on the phone that our acct was correct now, "unless someone goes in and changes it." EXCUSE ME? AND I have this conversation on recording. Im done with this place and I URGE anyone needing RTO, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Wouldn't take me as a customer but took my money when I was paying for my girlfriends love seat. They took the money out of my account for a year. I wouldn't trust them with anything.

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. It is not a loan, credit, or financing. While no credit history is required for Aaron’s different digital approval processes, we do obtain information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with your lease application.You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make all your lease renewal payments or exercise an early purchase option. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Aaron's accepts cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards at most locations.
How does Aaron's Low Price Guarantee work?
If you are ever shopping and see that one of our local competitors has a lease to own deal that's lower than Aaron's, we'll be happy to offer our Low Price Guarantee. Our Low Price Guarantee promises that we'll meet or beat any local rent to own competitor's advertised total cost of lease ownership on the same item or we'll give you $100 in cash! †
What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
