Very disappointed with my experience at Lowe’s.
I purchased 50 bags of mulch and was given a pallet that was 16 bags short. After realizing the shortage, I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Adam, expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was told there was nothing the store could do.
The missing mulch was worth less than $30, so this isn’t really about the money—it’s about accountability and customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a company responds says everything about its values.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of effort to make things right. Lowe’s had an opportunity to show integrity and prioritize customer satisfaction, but instead chose indifference.
Based on this experience, I question whether this store truly values its customers.

I went to the store earlier today and I found a hanging basket on the clearance rack. I did not see the clearance price or the percentage discount of the plant on the rack, either my friend did. We went to the self checkout to pay out and I told the worker who was out in front and explain to her that there wasn't a clearance price or percentage and she got an attitude with me because of it. An attitude! Instead of listening to ME, after I've explained there wasn't a price, she just continued complaining and was irrated because if it. Like it was my fault. Never in my life my life I've experienced an ugly, ugly service and personality at Lowes. She should not be in the front with that attitude. Disappointed
