We went to the appliances dept
I wave for service we were greeted with "what do you want" like we were being a nuisance, everything went downhill from there the assistant went to get the item threw it on the floor kicked the Item and said there you go, very unprofessional.

An extremely frustrating experience at this Lowe’s. The return desk was unprofessional, and the employees seemed poorly trained on handling returns and checkout. We waited 45 minutes for a manager to come to the front—an unacceptable lack of respect for customers’ time.
What should have been a simple 20-minute trip turned into more than two hours. This location needs better training and stronger management. I’ll make the drive to the Van Buren Lowe’s from now on.

My husband went to the Lowe's Fort Smith Arkansas store for me today to pick up two rubber mats. Lowe's online show they had seven in stock. When my husband couldn't find them he asked an associate who looked around a little bit and said I don't see them and told him to call me at home to get a stock number. I don't work for Lowe's. Then he told my husband it showed they had some in stock in Van Buren. When they went to the front of the store and looked it up it showed they had some in stock but when they called they had none in stock either. Do better Lowe's.

This location has to have the worst customer service i have ever seen. We went to this location to purchase a few cabinets for our house. They showed there were 6 in stock but 4 of the 6 were damaged but still on the shelf for sale.
We had asked an employee to help get the two good shelves down from the top of their shelves and he stated he would be over there to help in few minutes. We waited 20 minutes and he never showed up. So I asked another employee and they said they will have someone over to help. We waited another 20 minutes and nothing. Then the guy that we originally talked to walked by and asked if there was anything we needed help with. I wanted to tell him that we already talked to him but just wanted to get the shelves and leave. Once we got the shelves we had a few other things to purchase and we noticed every employee we passed didnt ask if we needed help and seemed anti social unless it was with each other. We also noticed that a great deal of the employees were in a big group just standing talking and not helping others customers. Plenty of these employees were playing on their cellphones.
When we got to the checkout line (which was self checkout) the employee asked if we found everything we needed which was nice but she stood there the whole time watching every item to be scanned. My reaction is if your going to just stand there grab the items and scan the stuff for me. I have given good reviews and bad reviews but this Lowe's location has to be the worst business by far and the store manager really needs to retrain the whole staff. I will never return to this location and take my business to a small business or Home Depot.
