I had no choice cuz where I live the refrigerator that came in the apartment no longer work in apartments do not replace it. I got no choice right now to keep renting the refrigerator. It does work well on the inside. And they can say this is not so but if I had known that refrigerator had roaches with it I would not be written this thing. I'm going to be fighting off the roaches they brought into my house. Most likely this was stored outside somewhere where they keep the used ones cuz I can't imagine it would have been inside the store cause if they have roaches and obviously they need to take intent to watch issues they have not bringing me to somebody's home. I realize it is use and he said it has a couple of scratches but he failed to tell me how unstable it was. Do I have a rock in the back of a little flat Rock to keep the refrigerator from rocking. Not at all am I satisfied and after I am done with this I will let them have it back.

I have been having the same problem with my dryer taking around 5 times to dry my laundry. They took it into service for a full month and returned it in the same condition. It still is having the same problem. It's like the left it in a corner and never touched it. I called and they just wanna send it back out and it will take up to the same amount of weeks. At this point it is pointless. This company is a scam!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
