- PNPhilip Nelson6 days ago1.0Get delivered a bunk bed that’s been used but was told it was brand new within a week it was falling apart and only used once. So we called them to pickup one guy showed up got an attitude with my wife saying the couch we outright bought 3 weeks ago was not ours and he decided to argue. So we called Aaron’s and they told him we owned it. He went to the bedroom to bring the bunk bed out put 2 holes in the door, tore up the door frame, scraped the wall and more! Was not easy just pulled as hard as he could through the door and didn’t care that he was in someone else’s house. So we called the manager didn’t get much help will definitely be reaching out to someone on the corporate level on this. Thanks for tearing up our place comes out of our pocket now……

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
