I have tried calling yall twice yesterday just Y'all, don't answer, that's why i'm like, why do I want to keep renting stuff from y'all if you can't even answer your phone and take care of your customer that has been trying to call y'all

Terrible communication and service. I ordered a washer and dryer on 11/11 and had two failed delivery attempts, including one where they claimed to be at my house but weren’t. I took off work for a delivery that never showed, and no one called or emailed with an update. Over a week with no appliances and no real help. I won’t rent from this location again. Manager acted like he didn’t not care.

I have always had a high opinion of Aaron’s, at least the location I used in Florida. But since we have relocated and I have used a new Aaron’s I just don’t get the high standard of service that I use to get. I have been a customer of Aaron’s since the early 80’s, back when you could even buy gold jewelry on a rent to own basis. You would think that would carry some clout with them but NO! It’s like I just walked in for the first time in dealing with them now. And the delivery time has gotten ridiculous. Too bad I live on a budget and cannot afford to go out and buy outright what I need because if I could I would never use Aaron’s anymore. It’s really sad to realize that someone whom has rent to own numerous items from them over more than a 40 year span of time is made to feel like “No Value” to them at all. But I guess that’s just the way it is nowadays. No loyalty either way. So I am adding onto my review. A week ago I posted the above review about Aaron’s and the way I felt about the level of service that was giving to me recently. I received a reply from the area district manager about how he was interested in hearing about why I was somewhat displeased and asked that I reply by sending a copy of the review and my email addy and the name on the account and what store I am dealing with. I did comply with all and sent the email to where he asked I send it to. To date I have heard nothing back from the DM. Seems that maybe it was just an automated response. I was hopeful that maybe someone actually gave a care about customer service and loyalty to the business but NOT. Anyway my add on to this review speaks for its self. And the average 3 star review stands. I just had to add on to my awesome 🤨review about how Aaron’s continues to give BELOW average customer service. So on the Day after my payment was due I was in the hospital… I had been in for nearly a week and I called Aaron’s and spoke to Cory and explained to him what was going on and that i had been in the hospital and I was having my husband bring the information I needed so that I could call in my payment that day. I asked him if they could wave the late fee since I was in the hospital due to a situation beyond my control. Cory told me that if I called back and made the payment as promised on that day that he would wave the late fee. So as promised I called when my husband got me the information I needed and made my payment. I spoke to Cory again when I had called and he confirmed that he recalled me calling earlier that day to explain my situation. So I gave him my debit card information and he never confirmed the payment with me, he just ran my card and thanked me and ended the call. After we hung up I checked my bank account and found that he charged me the late fee that was supposed to be waived. I called back and spoke to Cory again and asked him why he charged me the late fee when he had promised to waive it and he said “he forgot” yeah right… sure you forgot 😒. That’s why Cory never confirmed the amount he was charging my card prior to completing the transaction. He must have had my call on speaker (which is totally unprofessional and probably illegal in context to our call) but Rachel chimed in with her comment of (WELL YOUR PAYMENT WAS DUE YESTERDAY) no kidding Rachel. Sorry I just couldn’t jump out of my hospital bed and get the stuff I needed to call in my payment on the due date. So yeah with everything I was already dealing with I managed to make my payment a day late. This is the final straw for me. If I need to buy anything on a lease to own basis it will not come from Aaron’s ever again. I can’t believe that after more than 40 years of loyal patronage to Aaron’s that it’s ended on a sour note like this. Your competition will get my future business.
