  Terrible customer service. The workers were too busy chatting with one another to help. I waited 15 minutes to have a simple cut on a piece of wood and still didn’t get helped. I won’t be back.

  Had a lawnmower simply not work but had lost the receipt. I got there and though it was a tad complicated of a return (previously exchanged the model for the same one and had no record of purchase) a lady by the name of Sareth got me taken care of. Thank you ma'am. I pray I got your name correct.

  Waited for a pickup 20 minutes. Was told there was a truck...so I went back to check....no truck. Associates wprking all areas and didnt see a customer in the store. But, no one wanted to help. 9:30 pm, August 4th. I finally left just before closimg empty handed. I told the manager I would justbretunr tomorrow. I arrived home to an email semt 7 minutes after closing stating that my order had been picked up. I never evem showed my ID to any associate to verify my identity, never even saw my package, and certainly did not pick it up. I cannot recommend the nightime customer service I recieved. Now, I will jave to spwns my morning going back to lowes and sorting this mess out. All because associates wanted to relax and chill for last 30 minutes of there shift instead of moving one box down for a customer. Unacceptable customer service.

  Do NOT buy anything here that requires delivery. For a variety of reasons (you would not be interested in) we needed a freezer by a specific date one week from the date of purchase. Lowe’s told us they could do this so we bought the freezer. We were told it would be delivered sometime that day before 7pm. Incidentally, my wife took the day off work so she could set up the freezer and start packing it. By 6:30 pm we figured it was not coming. We called. After ten minutes of an idiot AI bot failing to help us, we reached a human. The human said our freezer had been loaded into a truck in North Little Rock at 6:30am. Somehow, during the next 60 seconds (supposedly) our order was cancelled and the freezer taken off the truck at 6:31am. The human did not know why the order was being filled in North Little Rock when we live in Conway, and the Conway location had three models of the freezer. The human said our order would be delivered next Monday. The problem there is that we had food that would spoil and we both had to be unavailable the next Monday. The human said he would contact the North Little Rock store and get back to us. After waiting a while with no return call, we decided to drive into the Conway store and try our luck there. The staff at the Conway store were very nice, but they could not solve the problem. They researched the issue and the moving crew claimed they tried to call us twice to explain the freezer was not coming that day. There was no record of the calls on either of our phones, so the moving crew had made what some cynical people might call “a lie.” The Conway staff offered to sell us a second freezer and cancel our first sale. However, we would not get that second freezer until Thursday, even though we live ten minutes away. The Conway staff person also could not guarantee we would get it Thursday, only that the moving crew would call us if there was a problem. Are you surprised that we did not trust the moving crew to do so? At this point we did not see any other option but to cancel the sale and try somewhere else. When Lowe’s ran our refund, we got the money for the freezer back but not for the delivery. Again, the Conway staff person was very nice but she could not explain why we were being charged for a delivery that NEVER HAPPENED. She suggested we call customer service. So at this point we have 1) no freezer and 2) are out fifty bucks for the privilege of not getting anything delivered. We now get to argue with an AI Bot to try and get our money back. My guess is that a Lowe’s “store owner” will post a response to this review below, apologize, and ask me to call an 800 number to address my situation. As my review above demonstrates, that should accomplish virtually nothing. Update: I stand corrected. I was not given an 800 number below. I was given a web address. Wow. No doubt that will get me my 50 bucks back.

  I've been working on a flooring install for going on two weeks now and every single person I've spoken to over the phone from their central office has been unbearable and confused and acted like they didn't know what they're doing, but Kylie and Joey in store were truly the best part of the whole thing. They were professional and competent and knowledgeable where everyone from corporate has been totally gormless. I was at the point I was considering cancelling the whole project and they truly salvaged this whole sale for Lowes. They deserve all the kudos for being such bright lights in all this.
