Waited a week for a disposal installation just for them to no-show. When I called they wanted to reschedule another week out but couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't happen again. Dont use lowes installation, its nothing but headache, disappointment, and usless retrips to the store for refunds. BOOO LOWES!!!!

Now I just got back from there and this young boy named Trevor, real tall lanky boy I had asked for help finding the piece I was needing for my flooring and he had rudely told me to go find someone else and that he was busy. I had walked up to the boy because he was not doing anything and to be treated like that at a hardware store is so discouraging. These young boys these days have got not filter! Will not be coming back and I hope something is done!

Clean location with friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that’s an inconvenience is having to order items in as they don’t keep them in stock anymore. I liked being able to walk out with my items the day I buy them. (Microwave)

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Huge thank you to the sales specialist, Tamara and the manager Joey for their help!! We purchased a fridge online and it was a NIGHTMARE with the online customer service team. The order kept getting pushed back and they kept making up excuses, couldn’t tell us where the fridge was and would just cancel the delivery without telling us. We just moved and had no fridge but going on day 5 of getting the go around with the people on the phone, my husband called the Conway store and they were so diligent and immediately were coming up with helpful solutions. They offered to have us come in and select a fridge and get us on the soonest delivery day! They were so friendly and made this process so simple! Go see Tamara for all your appliance needs, she’s so knowledgeable and personal! Learned our lesson trying to do it all online but will be going to see these guys in store for now on!! Thank you Conway Lowe’s but an extra thank you to Joey and Tamara!!

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
