★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing and Completely Unprofessional
I had a terrible experience with the Lowe’s in Conway. I was given completely conflicting information by two different customer service representatives regarding my appliance order, which ultimately resulted in the unit being dropped off in my home without being installed as expected.
To make matters worse, an associate offered me a "free service visit" the next day to fix the issue—which is already a standard free service, so it was hardly a resolution. I was then placed on hold for over an hour waiting to speak with a department manager. While waiting, the system somehow dropped my appointment, and the time slot was given away.
When someone finally picked up, the manager refused to take my call. While on the line, I could literally hear the manager and other associates in the background laughing about the situation. The level of disrespect and lack of basic professionalism was shocking.
Now I am forced to pay out-of-pocket for an outside appliance technician to complete the installation. Terrible online ordering system, terrible communication, and easily the worst customer service experience I've had. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars — Peyton Is the Kind of Employee Who Deserves to Be Recognized and Promoted!
I want to take a moment to recognize an exceptional young lady named Peyton at Lowe’s in Conway, Arkansas.
When I encountered Peyton, she was outside diligently watering the flowers, taking pride in her work and caring for the beautiful plants around her. But what impressed me most wasn’t simply her work ethic. It was that, even while busy, she took the time to acknowledge me, greet me warmly, and make me feel welcome.
That may sound like a small gesture, but in today’s world, genuine kindness, initiative, and attention to customers are qualities worth celebrating!
Peyton demonstrated something that cannot always be taught in a training manual: a natural heart for service, personal responsibility, and pride in a job well done.
And I have one question for Lowe’s leadership: Is anyone looking at this young lady for future management opportunities? Because they absolutely should be!
Great leaders often reveal themselves long before they receive a title. They show up, take ownership, treat people with respect, and make their workplace better simply by being part of it. Peyton demonstrated those very qualities.
I sincerely hope her store manager, district manager, and corporate leadership see this review and recognize the potential standing right in front of them.
Peyton, keep shining! Never underestimate the difference you make through your kindness, hard work, and positive attitude. You have the qualities of someone who could go very far in life.

The staff member was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Very good experience BUT the washer that I purchased in Conway was apparently being delivered from Russellville (which I did not know) and my Monday delivery, from my Saturday purchase, ended up changing to Wednesday! I was given a $50 credit but would rather have had my washer! So be sure and ask where the delivery is coming from. Had I known I could have picked it up myself!

So I went to Lowes for a couple items I was trying to find it myself, but then outta no where This Red Head Man appeared he looked like he knew what was going on. I asked him hey Sir could ya help me...? He said sure boom found it then the next item was hiding guess who I run into Mason tha same guy he takes me straight to the item. Boom done but I needed him one more time all that walking I had to use the bathroom so he kindly showed me where it was at... if your in Lowes look for a Cool Dude with Red Hair Guy named Mason he'll hook you up.. Thanks For the great experience...

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
